I was at AT&T in Fallbrook and the manager. Jordan was so kind he was helpful. He went totally out of his way for me. It just so pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, wanting to help and keep the customers happy he went up beyond and above of what anyone else would have done. It was a pleasure to go in the store and be helped by Jordan. Thank you, Jordan for your kindness and your knowledge and you will be the reason I come back.

Jordan, the salesrep was incredibly rude and condescending to my husband that went in recently to fix an issue on our account.
The issue was that Jordan fraudelently added services to our account which increased our bill by OVER $189!!
I would also be extremely wary of other 5 star reviews here as the accounts making them were inactive for a long time meaning they are very likely paid, fraudulent reviews.
We had switched over from verizon due to Jordan's pleading and begging when we were just asking for a quote in store but after seeing the way Jordan does business and disrespects customers after SCAMMING them, we switched our family phones back to Verizon. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS STORE.

The new manager Jordan is absolutely it let amazing. The store was clean, service was prompt, and he took the time to work through all the options I needed without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. 11/10 for customer service.

This location has horrible customer service. Not only are they ignorant of their job duties but they also have an attitude that is very bad for business. Cancelled my account today and will never be an att customer again. Find another carrier as this place is the worst!

Shout out to Jordan for holding it down! At one point in time there was 4 to 5 different customers at any given time for at least 2 hours. He was busy! Still helped me out.
