I came in on July 1st, 2025 around 12:00 PM because I had a flat tire and needed a special socket (lug nut key) to remove my wheel. My dad clearly explained that we only needed the key, not the full locking lug nut kit. The woman working that day repeatedly talked over him and didn’t listen.
She insisted we couldn’t buy just the key and would have to purchase the full kit or go to a tire shop. She even claimed no other stores would carry just the key. Frustrated by her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to help, we left and went to Napa Auto Parts—where we easily found exactly what we needed.
Her lack of professionalism and poor customer service turned a simple situation into an unnecessarily stressful one. Definitely would not recommend based on this experience.

I found exactly what I wanted at AutoZone. The staff was great in helping me find what I needed to buy for my car. What they didn't have. They ordered and it was there at 4:00 to pick up. Thank you

Hands down, the best AutoZone I’ve been to. I was greeted by Benson, who was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. He went the extra mile to help me with all of my inquiries. 10/ 10 customer service??.

the worst FEMALE "manager" when callled to ask about information to report poor customer service and how she threw a bag at a customer instead of handing one over as a normal human being would . Her only reply was denial to luagh it off and simply say i am the manager deal with corporate. PEOPLE GO IN FOR HELP IF YOU CANT DO IT IN A POLITE WAY FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN OR LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT . its not the first time i see or hear about it from this precise person . IF YOUR HAVING A BAD DAY DEAL WITH IT OUTSIDE OF WORK .
