Thank you AutoZoners, Baby is such a great employee at this store and she is really helpful getting me commercial help overnight, I love she always pick up the phone quick and get me parts ready on front to get my job done faster.

I am absolutely amazed by this employee. His name is Carlos and he’s literally God sent. He helped me with my battery and had such a great attitude about it. I honestly had the best experience here ever. I also have to mention this employee named Eva. She was so helpful in helping me find a part. If you need parts go to her she is the absolute best. Thank you Carlos and Eva for being the best help I could ever ask for.

Just encountered 2 of the rudest employees I have dealt with in a long time. Snide comments, completely lack of desire to help me a customer, “take it or leave it” attitude. Just overall horrendous, to the point where I decided not to purchase anything and take my business to Napa & Oreillys in town.For reference: 11/11/23 at 10:30am, the two older employees are the problems, the younger guy was quiet but at least attempted to help the situation. Promote him and fire the other two.

The manager had a very poor attitude and was not helpful at all. She spoke to me in a very demeaning way when she finally got off of her private phone. And yes she does set an example for everyone in the store now I know why I quit going to your store because your employees do not know how to think outside the box and she took everything that I said in a negative way every suggestion I had the numbers for her to plug in she said she could not this person needs to go now. I walked over to Napa which is just next door the gentleman was so understanding he said that he gets people all the time coming in and complaining about the same person .Napa did not have a problem looking up the part for me with the information that was on the part.

Very little help in ordering parts. Can't back twice to this location and be told that my item was going to be ordered but it never was. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Will not go here again.

Called the store the previous evening to check availability of parts and was told they would hold them for me to pick up first thing in the morning. I went to the store in the am and went up to the counter and said I'm here to pick up parts. The "manager" said did I order them or? I explained the previous evening inventory check and she replies: " well, they are not on hold anymore". This manager proceeded to have a poor attitude and demeanor. It all ended by me getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere. I'd expect a more professional experience from a store manager. She sets the example for her employees. I have no desire to pay someone to be disrespectful. Hope they have a better day..

So I hate AutoZone but needed a parts store and AutoZone was close. I did not want to go and they did not disappoint again and how bad they are. I need a WD-40 and was going to pick up some LED lights for my car. The headlights are 100 bucks while I was here, they told me they only sell LED fog lights, but in the aisle they had LED lights for fog light use only in the same brand they had LED lights in my light bulb size and then when I came up there like these aren't refundable and I was like why won't you guys just let me f****** buy something so I just left they don't know if they have they don't even know if they're doing they're not helpful and their warranties don't work because their system Has malfunctions and resets everybody's warranties. It's just a really bad company. I only use O'Reillys but like I said this was the only one out here so I had to go to AutoZone. I'll just live with the issue my bike's making till I get home.

Dan helped me a lot honestly this dude needs to get a raise ASAP he helped me to know what’s wrong with my car and also helped me solve that problem, first time this ever happened to me so I am very happy and greatfull for the good team they have in this store ????
