This place is terrible. I've never been here when there weren't a bunch of people waiting in line. Today there is ONE teller and ELEVEN people waiting. They don't have enough people to help existing clients but then have the audacity to ask if you want to join the bank. I will never bank with B of A. I'm only here because I have to make a deposit to another poor sucker's account. Bank of America absolutely sucks!!

I was treated like the invisible woman today. My stepbrother and I went to check a safe-deposit box belonging to my stepfather. From the moment the young woman came to help us, she directed most of her questions and answers at my stepbrother. I spoke up a couple times, but she continued to treat me like I was invisible. I was dressed in professional attire, but my stepbrother was in faded jeans and a tee-shirt. He's in his 70's, so it's not like she was flirting with him. My stepbrother and I had both signed a signature card in the presence of my stepfather in 2013 to give us access to the box. Today there was no record of my signature card, but fortunately, my stepbrother's was found. The worker didn't even have the courtesy to tell me there was no record for me. She just handed my stepbrother a pen and new signature card to sign, explaining that they were going digital, and ignored me. I had to ask if I too would be signing a new signature card. That's when she told me none had been found for me. I've had a B. of A. account since 1979. I shouldn't have to put up with some ignorant, backward worker treating me like I'm invisible.

Worst branch I have ever dealt with in 17 years. Staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing and treat customers like criminals. Have the weirdest set of rules ever encountered. I banked with them in Texas and in Maryland and they were a fantastic bank but this one is at the bottom of the barrel. They need a total makeover of staff and possibly management and they definitely need lessons in banking as each time different tellers tell us different rules. Please don't bank here.

I really never cared for Bank of America however I need to use them in regards to some of my transactions but this specific one there's a line out the door all the time. They never have enough tellers. The wait time is atrocious. The employees are friendly but they need more help.

Terrible customer service! You cannot get a document notarized or arrange a wire transfer without making an advance "appointment" with the self-important staff (they apparently think they are celebrities), and you can "visit" your money only after being vetted. After learning that they are illegally and without warrants targeting their depositors and volunteering info to the FBI, there is absolutely no reason to continue banking there!!!

I've never waited this long in a bank before. Their service is incredibly slow. I am glad my primary bank is NFCU.

This is such a huge bank. There's tons of parking. An armed security guard but only two bank tellers working at a time which is ridiculous! If someone needs access to the vault, one of the tellers leaves their window leaving people waiting... I was in here one time and the line was 8 people deep! It wasn't even a day after a holiday or a the first of the month. The branch manager needs to bring in more staff! Hopefully, the next time I visit - they've already brought someone in to help out.
