Everyone at Brandon Mini Storage is kind and helpful. I am thankful that I heard about them from a family member. I feel like they really care, and will go out of their way to take care of needs that arise. I'm very thankful that my belongings are stored at their facility. It's truly a weight of my shoulders. I highly recommend Brandon Mini Storage.

I am a military guy and live in Fallbrook. I spoke with Bob and made arrangements for a storage unit over the phone. Great person. I love Fallbrook.

Wow! We went to 3 other storage facilities before we found Brandon! So glad we waited, the new management is so nice and everything is so clean! I highly recommend renting from here!

As a member of a military family I have experienced many different storage companies for long and short term rentals. My first experience was with Brandon storage and nobody has been able to come close to the level of customer service I've received here. The manager is unlike any other and I don't know why I continue expecting storage places to be like this one. I'm always left disappointed at other storage facilities because they are nothing like this one. The manager is knowledgeable and doesn't take advantage of you! Every person I've ever recommended this place to has said the same thing. 10/10!

The reason enough nice things that I can say about the storage facility Mike he’s just a super guy friendly concerned very down to earth and just a fun person to talk to storage unit itself is always clean they look out after people stuff while patrolling the area the cameras that they have set up for prices are very reasonable and they have on numerous occasions made special provisions for myself as a general contractor I sometimes eat something before they open after they close and for the most part Mike Has always but willing to accommodate me not that you have to because that’s just the guy that he is I would recommend a story for Silagy to anybody and matter what size they need no matter what they need it for for

The manager is well aware there are MULTIPLE people living in the storage units. If you're ok with unsavory characters parking in front of your unit every time you visit then this is the place for you. This place is gross, unsafe and filled with weirdos living in the units.

Mike at Brandon Street Mini Storage is excellent to work with! He is professional, flexible and truly cares about his customers' satisfaction. We stored our brand new 2020 travel trailer there and never felt unsafe. Phenomenal customer service and well deserving of a sincere 5-star rating.

Very good I've got a storage there myself and you know it but you know it's worth it because of the you got stuff in there that's really viable to you. And it's the best place to go to I know because I have a storage there myself so I recommend it to anyone very nice and kind managers as well

We needed help getting things shredded as we were moving. You can go to Brandon Mini Storage and they will hold your things to be shredded for pick up from Shred-It company. They lock it up in a barrel and lock it in a bay so it's safe. People there are very, very nice and pleasant to work with. We appreciate all their help.
