Computer at drive up stupid. Couldnt get order correct. Then at window the girl finishd taking orer, charged me. But when she gave me bag thank goodness i checked. I ordered and was changed for FOUR burgers, but only 3 in bag. The stupid girl argued with me that i had only ordered 3, even though SHE was the person who corrected the order and charged me! Refused to give me a receipt. She did finally give me my full order. Then slammed the window and walked away laughing!If these idiots feel the deserve $22 per hour, the management should be held accountable for the horrible service!Parking: Shared with other business

Customer service sucks here. Both managers the dude with the glasses and the Hispanic lady that works there both suck. Rude, disrespectful, and wouldn’t be doing all that and talking the way they talk if it weren’t behind that window. Fire them all and get new staff. Not much of a Karen but the way my blood boiled when I had to pick up food for my grandparents and had to deal with that lady’s freaking attitude irritated me extra. Also notorious for not giving receipts so I can’t properly report them.

Drive through sucks, computer does not get order right, refers to a screen that is not there. Always need to correct my order at the window.

Great service once we got past the AI taking my order. The AI got my order wrong but the woman working there confirmed what I wanted and made it the correct meal.

i would like to preface this by saying that the big carl is easily my favorite burger of all time. however, they have a poster of their desserts on the drive thru window where the crust in the cheesecake looks like it has a piece of grass inside of it. its been there since like 2016 and i used to regularly visit carls jr and admire the grass cheesecake. today i went through the drive thru with love and hope in my heart just to find that a “give us feedback” sticker has been conveniently placed just over the spot where the mighty grass once was. my devastation is immeasurable and my day has been ruined. save me from this nightmare. place the feedback sticker elsewhere. bring back the grass cheesecake. i also like the strawberry lemonade

I was told that I couldn’t receive a military discount on a combo meal. This location is right outside of marine Corp base Camp Pendleton. All of the other locations support the troops. After o received my food, I checked the bag to make sure I had all of my items, and the cashier kept repeating thank you, thank you, thank you, as in hurry up and drive off. Please give me a chance to ensure I have all of my items. She was very rude. I prefer to have communications with the AI at the window than the rude woman in person. I will not be returning. Beware

The new A.I ordering system that Carls Jr. decided to add is way to much of a pain in the A$$, can't get the orders correct. They need to re program and fix the glitches in the system before they do anything. Literally took over 25min in drive thru line only for 2 cars!
