Circle Oak Ranch isn’t just a venue, it’s a family that truly cares about its couples. We got married here this past June and from the very first time my now-husband and I visited, we knew it was the perfect place for us. The magic of Circle Oak isn’t just in how beautiful it is, it’s in the people who make it so special.
Kendra and Jennifer, our amazing coordinators, were an absolute dream to work with. From day one, they were warm, responsive, and so organized, which made planning so much fun instead of stressful. On the wedding day, they handled every little thing — bustling my dress, making sure I had food and drinks, checking in with us constantly, and keeping the timeline on track. I felt so taken care of, and I was able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment knowing they had everything covered.
Our wedding day was intimate, joyful, and full of love, and so much of that is thanks to the Circle Oak team. They made our guests feel welcome, our families feel supported, and us feel completely at ease. We’ll forever be grateful to them for making our wedding such a beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable experience.

To be fully honest, when we were driving to Circle Oak Ranch for our initial venue tour, we thought it would be a bust due to the windy roads and lack of street lights. However the minute we got to the parking lot and stepped into the venue, we were speechless at the vast beauty of the estate. The oak tree immediately caught our attention, and every detail we saw after that drew us in more and more.
Jennifer and Ron have done an amazing job at keeping their home and venue so well kept! Their story of how they began this venue business with their own daughter's wedding is so touching, and it makes sense why they continue to invite others into their home to host such beautiful events filled with love. They actually took part in making sure everything went accordingly on our special day, and we are so glad to have met them! I thought the venue couldn't be more beautiful the day we first visited, but when the flowers bloom and the grass becomes greener... WOW! Absolutely breathtaking!!! They have done a wonderful job with their upkeep.
Kendra was our lead tour guide and ended up being our wedding day coordinator, and she absolutely played a vital role in how perfect our planning journey and wedding day went. I cannot emphasize enough how well she took care of us and our bridal party - I don't think I'll ever feel the same royal treatment anywhere, anytime else for the rest of my life! She was so patient and heard us out on every question/concern, and yet so very succinct so that when time came to make a decision, we were all on top of things. She has such a sweet personality as well, you can't help but smile whenever you're working with her!
The site separations make it a fluid journey for your guests, as you begin at the lowest area with the ceremony and welcome pergola, then move up to cocktail hour where the bathrooms are conveniently located centrally, and then finally the reception area where beautiful market lights are hung. I honestly fell in love with the surrounding trees and market lights - it looks so magical at nighttime!
The bridal and grooms suite are spacious and had the right amount of space for us to get ready in. We had 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, and easily fit with all of our belongings. We even held a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the front of the bridal suite, no problems at all! Some other venues had a large bridal suite and a small sad room for the Groom, but that's not the case here! They had a pool table and foosball table to enjoy! Both suites also have fridges in case you have drinks you wanted to bring!
With all that being said, the windy road to Circle Oak Ranch was still a worrisome thought in our minds, but with their recommendation of a Shuttle vendor, that was all resolved! All of our guests were able to utilize the shuttle pretty effortlessly, and no one had to worry about driving back home in the dark. All of their vendor recommendations were amazing - would highly suggest picking from their list because the ones we did were perfect for us!
Thank you Circle Oak Ranch Team, for making our wedding PERFECT. We will treasure these memories forever!

If you’re still looking for a wedding venue, LOOK NO FURTHER! Words can’t explain how happy I am that we found Circle Oak Ranch during the hours/days spent scouting venues. From the second we stepped foot onto the grounds during our first tour, we were obsessed. Jen and Ron live on the grounds and take impeccable care of it. They are also two of the sweetest people we’ve ever met! The COR team was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole booking and planning process, and it’s such plus that so much is included in their packages (i.e. set-up and coordination, bar and catering, DJ, etc.). Kendra (one of the coordinators) was also an absolute pleasure to work with! You can tell she loves what she does and dedicates so much time and attention to all of her couples. Our day was absolutely perfect thanks to the entire team at COR and our guests are still raving about how gorgeous the venue was!!!

My daughter was married here last weekend. A beautiful venue, great food, very organized, and the staff was extraordinary! I have knee and hip issues I have a hard time walking. They escorted me with a golf cart ride to every location we went to on the property. They also took me to my car after. Kept the reception moving at a good pace, so that everything could be accomplished and that things ran incredibly smooth. I highly recommend this venue. Once again the staff here was outstanding!!!

Our wedding day was nothing short of magical. The attention to detail was extraordinary, and it was the little things that made the day run so smoothly. From the ceremony to the reception, every moment was executed perfectly. Our guests continue to rave about how much they loved our venue and our wedding!
A special shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Kendra. Kendra guided us through every event of the day with such grace and always seemed to know exactly what we needed, even before we did! As a bride, the emotional rollercoaster was real, but Kendra kept me grounded and helped me enjoy every moment to the fullest. Her support didn’t just ensure our wedding ran smoothly; it made me, my husband, our bridal party, and our families feel truly cared for!

Circle Oak Ranch was the best decision we made for our wedding. The owners and staff are some of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. You get the impression everyone really wants to make your day special. We really appreciated the flexibility with our music preferences and received so much positive feedback from our guests about it throughout the evening. The location is beautiful, pristinely landscaped, and while you don't have to do much to enhance the ambiance but you can easily make the space your own. The food was very tasty and the service didn't skip a beat. While the coordination support leading up to the wedding helps keep you on track, COR is a 4th quarter team. Our wedding day was seamless. Kendra was truly amazing. She was my right hand all day and was always one step ahead of me. You'll have the wedding of your dreams at Circle Oak Ranch. It's a big decision, but just lock in your date and book it!

We had our wedding here 3 week ago and couldn't have been happier!! Jennifer and her Husband's property is amazing such an amazing venue and they do such an amazing job coordinating an event there. The circle oak team is very highly skilled and everything was managed to the highest level. Our wedding was immaculate. All of their preferred vendors were top notch as well. Food was amazing. If you are looking for an amazing wedding venue with an even more amazing team this place is amazing. Kenda was an amazing coordinator!!

If we could give Circle Oak Ranch more than five stars we would! From the beginning their team was so straight-forward in pricing and what to expect when having a wedding with them. Kendra and the whole team was amazing to work with. They would answer our emails and phone calls almost immediately, sent reminders, scheduled meetings and made sure our day was perfect.
Seriously, if something went wrong on our wedding day we had no idea. The food was great, they coordinated with all our vendors and it was absolutely the best party. We wanted to do it all again! Circle Oak Ranch will be the best decision you make.

The venue is INCREDIBLE. The staff is amazing and the food is delish .. THE DJ is HORRIBLE!! please know how to mix songs in and FINISH THE FKIN song before you mix another song.. you are terrible and you don’t watch the crowd .. you mixing country with rap/hip hop and Mexican music to oldie.. OMFG terrible DJ.. don’t ever hire a white female middle aged DJ, because she has no common sense and courtesy to the people that are dancing on the floor!!! GTFOH!

Our wedding day was like a dream come true, all thanks to Jennifer and our Coordinator, Chelsea. They took care of every little detail with such grace and precision. Our guests couldn't stop raving about everything – from the stunning venue and heartfelt ceremony to the attentive bartenders and delicious food. And that view from the hilltop? Absolutely breathtaking! It made the day even more unforgettable. We're so grateful to Circle Oak Ranch for making our day so magical. WHERE DO WE START?? From first meeting Jennifer and touring the venue, we instantly fell in love. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and well kept year-round. Everything is so green and up-to-date. The venue was to die for! Jennifer was beyond prepared for our first meeting and had everything ready to go. We could tell within the first few minutes that she runs a tight ship and is all over it. That alone gave us ease and instantly took the stress of wedding planning and all the nuances away. The venue is engineered for weddings, everything has a purpose. It's so intentional and well thought out.
And then there's Kendra, literally sent from heaven. She was the coordinator assigned to us when we booked the venue. She helped with all of the preplanning and day of coordination. Not only did everything run smoothly, perfectly and on time, but she was having to deal with some fun and rowdy wedding party friends and did it with grace with a smile on her face. She kept us fed, hydrated and laughing the entire day. She is on top of it and was catching mistakes and contracts we sent to her that we reviewed and didn't notice. Her attention to detail is next level and so appreciated.
Stop your venue search and book Circle Oak - you won't have any regrets. No one has to "work" the day of the wedding. They set up and pack up decor, manage your vendors, and day of coordination. They have an in person planning meeting as well as a menu tasting event. From the site visit, planning meeting, menu tasting, rehearsal walk-through, and wedding day spanned out over a year or so, all in different months, the venue remained pristine and perfect regardless of current weather conditions. Our guests have all said this was the perfect venue and really enjoyed themselves. Thank you Jennifer, Kendra, and the team for making our special day PERFECT.
