The General Manager is truly amazing! She genuinely cares about others and always goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels taken care of. You can tell she takes her job very seriously, and it really shows in the way she runs things. It’s rare to see someone with that much dedication and kindness combined.

Annette is the manager at the Fallbrook location and is amazing! She's always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable in her field. She has help me though several situations and is not only professional but very courteous and always helpful.

We moved our trailer due to the outrageous prices storage places are now charging. While I understand they must raise rates, double is just gouging. Annette was awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the space before doing the paperwork. She was pleasant and personable. Customer service is a dying art, and this is why we decided to keep our trailer here for the next year.

I was supposed to meet someone in the office yesterday to finish registration and nobody was there all day. I called and left a voice mail and they never hot back to me. I ended doing my registration online and when you do it that way it’s set up so you can get access to your unit as well as a lock that will be placed inside the unit. When i got there today, still no one in the office. I went to my unit, put a few things and went to lock up, they have me a lock that isn't compatible with my unit. Went to the office again, mind you-it is business hours- the door was still locked with no one to help sort out my problem. I called, no answer. Left a message, no reply. Not a great first impression
Update: 7/10/25 they gave me a $20 credit
Update: 7/22/25
I went late last week and used my gate code and it let me in. I unloaded my things and went to leave and my gate code no longer worked. I just happened to catch the woman who worked there and she let me out and told me she would reset my code. I went today to unload things, my code didn’t work. I can’t access my things at all and haven’t been able to for days.

Property is emacuante and the property manager well she makes you feel like you're at home she gives you top notch service and also a personal service to make you just feel like you're part of the cube smart family and she will always go up and beyond her way to help you feel at home make sure you get the right prices but most of all she always smiles always polite and when you're having a bad day. she will try to even say it's not that bad she is a great person to be a property manager on site and she's a great person to make sure that her clients and the people at her property are well taken care of that's who she is. Prices are unbeatable..
