I moved here recently and have been to the top dollar nail salons and on a whim went here, best service ever and best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. It may not be as “pretty “ as other salons but the service and prices are stellar!!

HUGE MISTAKE! Went to this nail salon in town for time convenience instead of going to my regular salon in Vista, CA. This place was awful.
I took my mom to get a manicure and the guy who did her nails impatiently grabbed my mom’s arms to put her hands in the uv light. I saw this from across the room because I was also getting a manicure and pedicure. Once I was done, I asked my mom if she was okay and mentioned her hurt her twice by grabbing/pulling her arms. For that, after he was done with her nails i respectfully asked him if i could speak to him about the way he hurt my mom by grabbing her arms so roughly. He got defensive, didn’t apologize, and kept making excuse as to why he grabbed her in that unprofessional manner. I was not rude and I kept calm and a good tone of voice, however he got loud and defensive and was rude. Furthermore, the manicure was poorly done and the diamonds were placed incorrectly but I didn’t even address any of those issues. Next time we’ll just stick to our usual spots.
My pedicure was okay. However, my manicure is ridiculous. It looks like I got my nails done by a child and the shapes are so ugly. It’s really upsetting because I’m used to having my nails done so perfectly well. It definitely seems like this was rushed and like she didn’t care. I did point out to her the odd shapes she left my nails in but she didn’t fix them. So to say the least, horrible nail techs, horrible customer service, and dirty nail salon. I paid good money $$$ 140 for these services all together so it’s not like I’m asking this place for anything free. Please note, the $80-100 is per person. See for yourself with the pictures of the job this place did for my mom’s French nails and mine the matted ones. My mom’s look all lumpy and the diamonds were places awful. The least they can do is a good job. Not coming here ever again, even if it is a couple minute drive. I rather do a 2 hour round trip to get better service and cute nails with excellent customer service in Vista,Ca @ Tina nails or @ Be Polished Nails-Spa.

I love this place first of all. It's address is 1111 special number for angels. An older gentleman does my pedicure, Jessy does my nails, Very polite, very sweet. The place is very clean. I love it always A wonderful relaxing appointment after massage on my legs. I always ask. Can I take you home? You're so good. They take their time. Make you feel specialMy Son that passed away is name Jimmy my daughter's name is JessyThat's the best. more special ?

None of my nails are even, I asked to have them fixed and he filed over it one time and ignored me..way to over priced and horrible service. Polish is not even, and does not fully cover my nail.

I got a French tip manicure, upon drying 3 of my nails had air bubbles, those were fixed however 2 days later the entire clear coat on all nails is bubbling and peeling very disappointed!!!

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been here so many times and never leave disappointed. Tony did my manicure, & Lynn did my pedicure I paid for the VIP pedicure and did not regret it at all. Hot stones, sugar scrubs, wax bags and a great shoulder massage. They're very kind and friendly here.

Although this place is usually reliable for appointments, I’ve found that they tend to rush you through appointments. I’ve also had odd experiences of the technicians telling me not to choose a color I specifically wanted and criticizing my choice. For the price they charge, the convenience isn’t worth it in my opinion. A good last minute choice and everyone is usually fairly nice but for a regular spot I’d find somewhere that spends a bit more time with you.
