I want to acknowledge one particular team, member, Memory. She is such a wonderful employee. Very knowledgeable, kind, and always greets you with a smile. It’s members like her that make me want to return to this particular CVS. Thank you for always treating customers with so much kindness and respect.

The level of incompetency here is high. Long story short, they took my prescription, partially filled after assuring me they could fill the rest, lead me on for two weeks, gave me zero updates even though I called them multiple times. Finally got told I could pick it up Monday, just to find out in Tuesday that they are unable to fill the rest of the prescription due to their lack of foresight. Now I'm unable to get the prescription and am scrambling to find somewhere that can fill it on short notice.

Barley talking and greeting standing there drinking her Starbucks coffee over the counter while I am there asking to pick up my meds she waves her hands to come back at 10 for the pharmacy
I said: but I got an email ready for pick up
She :well they can send you an email 2 am ready for pick up doesn’t mean it’s ready for pick up
30 minutes later I go to the pharmacy they say pick up front the front as the email says
When I first came ..She didn’t check my ID my name nothing …just poor customer service and wasted my time

Pharmacy is always impacted, it takes 1-3 days to fill prescription and 30-45 minutes in line to pick up.

Pharmacy is terrible now such a shame! GM still has not called me. Was given meds with no labels, open bottle with no lids and they changed the manufacture on a 20 year old med for my dad without notice and gave him a huge panic attack. I am so mad and told off the pharmacist tired of them blaming the computer system and treating patients like trash. They all have nasty attitudes so I dished it back for once. They are all proud to be rude and have zero compassion for the public.
I have a picture log of every messed up they take no accountability for.

what is going on with the pharmacy? there is *always* a line, and while they try to put on a smile, anyone working back there is very clearly over-worked, exhausted, and can barely string a whole sentence together. please hire more help, dont burn these people out!

The new pharmacists here are absolutely LOVELY, hard working, and kind. The last pharmacists (who were either fired or switched to another pharmacy) did their jobs very poorly. It was always so stressful picking up my medications. Now it's so easy, the pharmacists care, they treat me with the utmost respect. Next time I come in I'm going to leave a good review for the district manager because this is exactly how pharmacies should be towards their patients. I'm so so happy they hired new staff!!

From the drug store's around, they have nice and attentive staff, also they where nice enough to get me in the discount program and was able to save money on that same purchase!!! ?

DO NOT recommend this location. Staff and Pharmacist all tell lies, at least they should get their "stories" the same. Month after month same old response that it is difficult to get the scrip. They just do NOT ever place the order. Even sent me to Temecula so I could get a 2 month supply to insure that would give them enough time to order it in. Drive all that way there to find out the Pharmacist only ordered 1 month supply. Leaving this incompetence.

I wish I had read the reviews before I moved my prescription. Been waiting 4 days. First, they didn’t have enough, so they ordered them- said they would come in yesterday. I called yesterday and they said they only had a partial fill. So I was willing to take that. I called to check and they said they would be ready in 30 minutes and I would get a text. Never got a text. Called this morning and was told they had to order them. I said “you already did”. But no- they said an other store had filled my prescription. But I had that other store basically reverse it two days ago. I said “yesterday you said you had a partial fill”The response- “well they’re gone”.Do yourself a favor- go somewhere else.I only wish I could give negative stars.
