As much as I like this pharmacy I did have a problem. I want SPEARMENT sodium fluoride. NOT FRUIT. Your female pharmacist said they don't make it. Yes they do and CVS is suppose to carry it.

I have been using this pharmacy for years now. I have always been treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, and care.Although most of the people in the pharmacy have all been helpful, there's definitely 1 pharmacist that has consistently gone above and beyond for me every time I have a prescription that may run into some problems. Sometimes it may be an insurance issue, or a prescription not being correct, or pretty much anything else that you can think of going wrong. Good small town feel pharmacy.

They call me daily about a prescription that isn’t mine and they claim that they can’t tell me about the prescription or do anything to stop the calls.

You see all the 1 stars below me. 100% spot on. And the people leaving 5 stars have to be staff or family. I stopped coming here years ago do to the absolute horrible service and rude staff. Had to come back today because they were the only place in town with my prescription in stock. Nothing has changed. All the staff is rude and acts as if you showing up there has ruined their day. Irene at the register hates her job and has no business dealing with customers. Even if you are friendly to her, she is miserable back. I have dealt personally with all 4 pharmacists and never had a good experience with any of them. "Jan" the lead pharmacist is referenced in a review below and it's spot on! He is rude, easily irritated, and talks to people like they are idiots. Needless to say I will drive across town next time paying $7 a gallon for gas before I ever come back to this miserable hell hole again. I would give it negative stars if i could.

Picking up meds is one of the few things my dad does independently, with the trust of customer service over the counter. Yesterday, he came home after paying $230 for a medication that was $27 in the same parking lot, just across the street. I understand (repulsively) that medication prices change and vary depending on insurance and the market. However, allowing a disabled man to pay almost 9x the amount for medication he could get for $200 less by walking across the street is unethical and immoral. When asked politely about the increase in medicine, I was informed, carelessly and sarcastically, "he can just change his pharmacy." Losing $230 for CVS is not much. But losing $230 for a man adjusting to a social security income is everything. Informing your patients of their access and abilities could ensure they have gas in their tank or enough money for a medical appointment.I don't ask CVS to be perfect, the cheapest, or the fairest. But, taking advantage of patients and the lack of care when they do, is one of the most awful experiences I've had as a caregiver.

I have never been treated so bad in my life by a pharmacy. I've also never left a 1 star review. The old man lead pharmacist is completely incompetent, rude, easily annoyed and unreasonably held my full prescription hostage... even one that could have killed me if I didn't get it and he should have know that! He will disregard your doctor and in his power trip called me a liar and said I'd fill prescriptions at different pharmacies to get what I needed so he wouldn't even fill the one that could have put me in the hospital or even worse! I was so humiliated in front of everyone, he should be fired. I am very sick and have been on my medications for years without any issues. The workers here don't care about you one bit, they are rude and never get your prescriptions ready on time, I've wasted so much time going back and forth because they can't get anything together. And they act so annoyed when you try to get your medications or ask questions. I canceled all my prescriptions and took all my business to Village Pharmacy in Fallbrook where I was treated with respect and kindness and unlike CVS they have quick service with a smile. Go to Village Pharmacy, you won't regret it.

If there was a way to give this 0 Star I would be so happy! This location has the worst pharmacy staff that I have encountered.... ever. There is no commitment to customer service or concern of customer requirement. I think that it is due to location and they may get away with it. This experience will actually keep me from ever stepping into any CVS, From a corporate standpoint, I would think that this would be a concern. I will prefer to take my business elsewhere.....even if it is a long drive.

This location has TERRIBLE customer service. The past 3 times I've been in, the cashiers were very rude and not helpful. They are rushing and they don't listen. Ive returned my entire cart twice now. Whoever the gentleman this morning was working wasted almost 20 minutes of time because he did not want to help me and I needed was a price adjustment for an item YOU had on sale. Wont be shopping here again. Too bad. I will also be calling your corporate offices to lodge a complaint, who knows how many people they do this to daily.

CVS is a terrible store!Been a CVS customer forever but not any more! the Pharmacy is outstanding the CVS store return policy is a complete ripoff if you don' have a receipt. I purchased batteries which cost me $28.00, I threw my receipt away under wet coffee grounds so it was not legible to retrieve. I needed to return the batteries because the were bad, yes brand new CVS brand batteries were bad. I took my bank debit record showing the purchase and the amount paid to CVS two days earlier. CVS would only give me 1/2 of the cost I paid? I paid 28.00 and was given a store credit of 14.00 two days later because I did not have a receipt. Their policy is terrible the CVS corporation is terrible and I will never buy from that store again! CVS Sucks so much!!!! Not Good!

Most of the people working in the pharmacy are extremely rude and very impatient. Last week I waited in line for 15 mins and the entire time the pharmacist was filling prescriptions with his mask pulled down below his big nose!! That is just unacceptable. The store also has pharmacy customers wait on 6 foot spaces (which is good), that are in the flu and cold medicine isle. So, we are forced to scoot over continuously to allow sick people to look through flu and cold medicine. I complained to a store clerk and was told that Corporate Headquarters decided where people should line up. This store doesn't care about it's customers
