Didn't make it to my granddaughter's celebration. There is not a single sign anywhere off DeLuz RdThe address is not on DeLuz Rd. Very disappointed in the whole situation. Phones don't work up in the hills to get map to work. I heard later everyone was late because of the same reasons

It has taken me some time to really sit down and write this review. When we first went to this venue we were in love and they made it seem like this magical place. They told us all the amenities that it would include and they were incredibly sweet. Well the rehearsal and day of the wedding was the probably the worst day of my life. I will attempt to keep this short. The owners of the property were yelling at each vendor when they arrived and creating this big scene. The castle flooded because they had a pervious plumbing issue and they were trying to make me responsible for the damages because we used the restroom. The caterer that they forced us to use brought their children to serve the guest. They did not look well groomed and were not pleasant to the guest. The venue had extremely poor lighting making it unsafe for the guest to leave and then they were trying to charge us for sprinklers that were broken due to that. I am sorry they did charge us $514. The wedding coordinator was doing her best but she also forgot about my bouquet toss, kept acting frustrated about things that were not in our control, and had attitude I'm not sure who it was directed towards. The end of the wedding the venue charged us $100 for sparklers but couldn't light them so we were standing there like idiots. Finally the turned off all the lights of the venue while there were guest in the restroom. All in all please salvage the best day of your life and don't go here. We were treated poorly after paying over $12K for just access to the property. They have a beautiful property but making should not be hold any weddings in the future. Additionally, the property does not have wheel chair accessibility. There were several handicap guest that were not assisted as initially promised. I almost forgot the owner of the property showed up wearing the same lounge wear from the day before and not wearing a bra to my wedding party. How embarrassing is that.

Great venue for weddings or magical get together a of any occasion! Word of warning though it is located in a very rural area and there's not a lot of service in the canyon on the drive so just a heads up if you don't have AT&T you probably won't get the best service out here so be prepared for that..A good venue to make enchanted magical memories and the experience is quite literally in the name... The enchanted forest

The most magical wedding ever!. The venue is beautuful, intimate and provides guests an amazing experience. The staff and food were equally wonderful! The venue is a distance from town on a windy road as you will see in your preview visit. Plenty of parking but not something for drinking wedding guests and no likely Uber. While the parking lot is on grass, once you enter the large magical venue its all concrete paths that are fine for heels and long dresses. Be mindful of weather conditions...in hotter weather schedule your wedding late in the day and take advantage of how beautuful it is at night! I went towards the end of September. The wedding I attended was a "destination wedding". For So Cal locals easy and fun. Most guests stayed overnight at Pechanga Resort Casino and the Bride & Groom provided bus transportation to the venue. Those that didnt stay overnight still parked at Pechanga and rode the bus to avoid the drive and a few chose to drive directly to the venue. This venue is SO AMAZING that it is totally worth overcoming the remote location. You won't find anything like this anywhere. It is truly magical! We had 4 totally different areas of the venue for the cocktail/reception, dinner, cake and dancing, all surrounding the beautuful lake. The owners are wonderful and do all they can to make your wedding special.Definately not your typical wedding...the most amazing I've ever attended!

First of all, to those who left bed reviews because the summer is hot... Maybe you should be asking your friends why they booked an outdoor venue for their wedding in Southern California in the summer? It's not the venue's fault it's hot. Tons of wedding venues are outdoor only.My now-husband and I just had our wedding here a couple weeks ago. We really wanted a castle-like setting, and this is by far the best one that we were able to find in California. It is magical. And yes, it's in the middle of no where and the drive is twisty. But when you get there it's all worth it and I actually liked the feeling of a destination wedding but still close enough for people to drive back to L.A. the same night if they wanted to. Cell service is spotty but I also liked that because it forced guests to put their phones down and actually be in the moment for once in today's world. You just need to warn your guests so they know what to expect. I warned ours A LOT because I didn't want anyone to miss the ceremony and only one person missed it (and they probably would've been late if it was 10 minutes from their house). The attention to detail the owners put into this place is absolutely amazing. Every time I go there I find something I didn't notice before. There are several unique areas for guests to explore. There are swans in the lake which makes it feel all that much more special. Several fun things like the "Dragon's Pub" and "Merlin's Tower", an ice cream shop, and they're currently building a pizza parlor. It was the perfect setting for our formal, "royal" wedding but with some fun twists to show who we are as a couple.

I've been to many weddings here over the years and am amazed every time I see all the beautiful refinements made throughout the park. Aside from all the shade trees throughout, the breathtaking lake, waterfalls, and castle, the newest are the gorgeous 14 bathrooms and 16,000 square foot courtyard for dancing and lounging. The staff is awesome... a well-oiled machine always with a smile! Everyone I've photographed or filmed here have been overjoyed with their experience at Enchanted Forest. Its unlike other venues in So Cal and a must-see whether you're in the wedding party or a guest.

This place is absolutely amazing. The owners are so accommodating and so friendly. They will do all they can to make guests happy. Most beautiful venue for your Disney wedding. I highly recommend this magical place.

So I'm recently engaged and looking up wedding venues. When this place popped up, I remember attending a friend's wedding here a couple of years ago but had never got around to writing a review. This place is legit in the middle of no where. Curvy road and everything. And unless they recently paved, your walking in the dirt to the venue and getting your nice dress heels full of dust. It's VERY hot here as it's inland. Not sure why there's no inside space for guests to wait. The lake was ok nothing special. On the plus side is you get a private venue which is nice. And there's a small castle to take photos in front of. So some pluses. I left early as I didn't want to drive that winding road home in the dark. A bunch of tree debris fell all over my car in the lot. Overall not a fun wedding experience but very memorable.

Went to a wedding here in the summer. Very hot, little shade and no inside rooms for guests. Lake looked fake and cheesy. Food was fair and staff rude. If you want your wedding guests to enjoy your wedding, look somewhere else.
