This branch was amazing. I was handled very well by the Customer Representative Officer two weeks ago. Annie (I hope I correctly mention her name) was able to provide a suitable car for me to be rented one way to OAK. She explains everything clearly and ensures that all my requests (supplemental insurance) were included

This Fallbrook branch is wonderful!!! My car was totaled in an accident and Annie gave me a discount and an upgrade on a rental while I was looking for a new personal vehicle. They really care about their customers and helped me out a lot!!! Would highly recommend visiting the Fallbrook branch!!!
