We had a great experience on move in day with the staff in the office. When we arrived at our unit - there was no lock on the door (which was to be included). The staff immediately gave us a lock. We then realized that the door was crooked - and we couldn't close/lock the door. The staff sent someone out to adjust the door/locking mechanism so that we could quickly be on our way. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Disappointed with their low balling the price then jacking it up drastically on the third month.
Seemed disingenuous, had I known about the increase when I signed on I would have likely not chosen them. At least I could have made an informed choice.

Very secure safe and sound place to be and keep your most precious and valuable items. The people there are the greatest and I've only been there a short time but they already feel like family and seeing them feels a little bit like home Thanks so much Extra Space Storage y'all r the very best and I never want to use any other storage facilit and I will refer you guys any and every chance I get. Thanks again keep up the good work!!

This is the first time my wife and I have rented with Extra Space. We completed the online application in just a few minutes then drove to the facility. We were met by Frances who was super-helpful and easily answered all our questions. She even recommended a better 5x15’ unit with three doors (very useful) for the same price. I’m looking forward to a very pleasant and smooth rental experience over the new two years. Very well done, Frances and Helena! See you again soon.
