Really nice place. It’s got that small town Fallbrook field. Lots of different classes and lots of ways to get healthy! Check them out and make sure to say hi to snowflake for us.

This is such a quaint little gem of a dance/gym studio in town. I went there for a HIIT sculpt class with Nedda-- she was awesome! Her class was very easy to follow, great workout and inspirational. The owner was there and was also very friendly and welcoming.

Very nutritious in deed ! The chocolate shakes are very delicious, it's hard to believe they are actually good for you !
