I leased here for a year and the community these apartments are located in is the loudest small town I've ever been in. They also have government housing less than 100 meters away and on weekends you are lucky if the music stops by 10pm. The best part about the community is the Italian food at Trupianos. On to the management, the management staff were always respectful and easy to deal with. One big plus to the staff was Manuel the maintenance man, Manuel is a Latin national treasure who will come fix anything at any time, he may not have the best equipment but that's on the complex more than him, him and his crew do great with what they have. Finally the part of my experience that made this a one star review, the apartment itself. We payed for a first floor apartment and received an apartment that was indeed first floor, but down about 20 or so stairs to get to and from the parking spot we were assigned. We were above a garage where a woman would constantly refinish furniture and the garage next to it had a man who would take 3 or 4 tries to line up in his garage in his very modified and loud Velocter. There was a man with the loudest Harley in the milky way galaxy who would drive and rev his bike at all times of the day and night, normally I'd just close the windows but the only air conditioning came from a wall unit in the kitchen (the furthest possible point from any bedroom) so having the windows open to receive any breeze and the smell of the stagnant creek next to the complex was all but necessary. Throughout my stay in this complex the foundation was slipping so bad that I had to have doors adjusted constantly to the point where I just started doing it myself to avoid over working Manuel. When we moved in the apartment was absolutely disgusting, a thin film of smokers haze covered the ceiling and cabinets (In a smoke free community) and within the first 48hrs we had the cabinet interiors re painted to avoid the unsightly stains and grease spots. The cabinets in unit 47 are a full inch further off of the wall at the top compared to the bottom (this is due to the wall bowing from the foundation issue). Finally we can talk about the lack of sealing in the apartment, we had to dust on average once a week due to the dusty, sandy soil from the farms nearby whipping through all the cracks and unsealed windows/ AC unit. In short, we payed only $1650 a month for an apartment and still felt ripped off due to the state of the apartment.

These apartments are terrible. From being able to hear your neighbors without trying, to the overall completely unreasonable rules when moving in/out. The whole unit I was in was LITERALLY falling apart, as in the whole kitchen and restroom cabinetry were on the brink of collapsing! As a military member, it is not worth the amount you save.

Property management changes has made all the difference in this lovely little complex. Previous personnel were often non-responsive and slow to address challenging residents. The improved management team lives onsite and responds to resident issues in real-time or as quickly as possible. Any requests for repair were addressed within 24 hours and were consistently effective. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. I have two daughters and both were safe in the community and on-site over the four years that we lived here. This is an excellent choice for a comfortable, quiet, and safe residential living experience.

Love it here ! :) my boyfriend and I are renting a two bedroom and we have had no complaints so far. Our light switches weren't working when we moved in because the breaker reset while it was vacant and maintenance came to fix it the same day. Then I noticed a slight leak from the bathtub and while it wasn't bad he still came moments later to fix it. Don't remember his name but he works his a** off . There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is incredibly convenient and very spacious, master has a walk in closet and the manager Carmen is sweet and patient whenever we need something

As a military family we've lived in a lot of places all over the country: this is by far the worst we've had. We don't care anymore how much money we're saving, because this place isn't worth the extra funds in the bank. The neighbors are rude: loud parties, loud music (like our ceiling vibrates at 9pm-on-a-weekday-loud), smoking directly outside people's windows, not maintaining their own unit's issues so it affects those below or next door, etc. The area is unsafe for kids: drug deals, creeps following kids around, strangers looking in bottom floor windows, etc. The units are falling apart: cabinetry sags and pieces randomly break off even with gentle use, most of the blinds don't work correctly, simple vacuuming pulls up the edges of carpeting, most appliances are only half working, and there is something seriously wrong with the plumbing - the water comes out of the faucet musty/sulphury. Lastly, the management has some ethics issues. We've seen management actively looking into occupied units' windows, including our own. We even approached the manager about what she did and she replied, "Next time tell me when it happens." We've seen management climb into people's patio spaces and look around at their things. Maintenance issues take multiple requests to be addressed and most of the time only surface level repair is done. It's a cheap place, and it's run cheaply.
