This place is so underrated for value. The only thing is the meat, which is much cheaper almost everywhere. But for drinks and snacks, you can't beat the prices here.

Bought an item that made me sick 6/1/24 went with receipt which states “returns gladly accepted with a receipt within 30 days s for a full refund” Mike the store manager came over & said super loud and rudely “ I’m not letting you return that & loosing $11 because it’s too spicy for you” I have digestion problems where spicy foods make me sick. Mike the mgr. totally humiliated & embarrassed me. Unacceptable! & as store manager he needs to adhere to store return policy. I also went in there a week ago after driving 2 hrs. Asked to use the restroom and a girl who worked there said “ both bathrooms were out of order” I looked @ the doors, neither had “ out of order” signs. Then right after an employee went into a bathroom. I left without shopping there & went to Major Market down the street who let me use there customer bathroom and I shopped there. I have been a loyal customer of Grocery Outlet Fallbrook, CA & have spent a lot of $ there. But I am not going to that store ever again. Don’t need to be treated like an idiot & humiliated. I will take my business to Major Market down the street. I do want to acknowledge two nice employees @ the Grocery Outlet Fallbrook though. Austin & Lori only 2 employees who have ever been nice to me. I’m a very nice person & do not deserve the rude treatment I received from Mike the Mgr. for simply returning a product with a return policy & employee who lied to me about customer restroom out of order which was not.

We ask a employee to open the restroom door but he is very rude and the cashier was also rude when checking out

I love this place. It has great prices, products, and employees. My fave is Austin. Hes the hardest worker with the most wonderful heart.
