Extremely sub-par experience. Fastest pedicure of my life and not relaxing at all. The “massage” is a joke - just rubbing some lotion on your legs for 2 minutes and calling it 10. Basically they soak your feet, cut your nails (no cleaning, no cuticles, barely any shaving down the callouses), rub a little lotion, then paint them. Even counting drying time, you get about 20 minutes of half-hearted attention by “professionals” who either don’t know or don’t care how to do their job - all while they are talking bad about you and all the other clients. When you first walk in, they act like you’re annoying them and like it’s a huge burden that you’re giving them business. I have a feeling something sketchy is going on behind the scenes here, because it certainly isn’t a place that keeps itself in business by reputation or service. I can’t figure it out, but I highly UNrecommend putting yourself thru whatever it is they are calling a pedicure. Paying a fortune to be disrespected and leave frustrated instead of relaxed is not something I’d wish on anyone.

They don't paint the whole nail. it looks unfinished and the way the lady cut my toe nails, they look so bad. I cried as soon as I got into my car, I am so disappointed and I painted over my nails as soon as I got home. Never going back again

I received a pedicure, the entire experience was not good. First, my feet are put into ice cold water not what I want. I want my water, hot comfortable. He used a used arbor ban on my feet which made me wanna throw up. It was not a clean and inviting environment. I did not enjoy it at all. I will see now how long my polish last, I will be surprised if it last three days before chipping.

Subject: Feedback on May 24, 2024 Appointment Dear Salon Manager/Owner, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my experience from our recent appointment on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 5:00 pm. While the ambiance and initial reception were welcoming, I must express my disappointment with the service we received. Despite repeated requests, the technician did not fulfill our simple request for gel polish for my daughter's nails. The application of regular polish was uneven, even when we provided stickers, which were applied incorrectly. Though the technician lacked skill and professionalism, I appreciate the effort made by the individual who corrected my daughter's nails. What was particularly concerning was the lack of acknowledgment or attempt to rectify the situation. Additionally, the conversation in another language, accompanied by laughter, felt disrespectful given the circumstances. Regrettably, despite the limited options in town, I am compelled to explore other alternatives for our future nail care needs. I have attached photos illustrating the subpar quality, even after attempted fixes. I had a bad experience here that resulted in a recent toe surgery. The woman was very rough and cut a lot of flesh. The vibes were bad too. I developed an aching pain the day after which became excruciating. My podiatrist said that my left big toe nail was cut at the wrong angle and a nail was left in the toe which developed a large abscess. I had a painful surgery and am now on antibiotics. I will not be going back.

At least the nails look nice I guess? I still tipped to be nice but geezus I couldn't wear my sandals after...needless to say I was chemical burned....I get my feet done regularly and this has NEVER happened to me before....not coming back here ever again

It was fast and the massage was great. Had fill and pedicure. Nails were okay, but not great. Price was best in town though.
