To say I have bad luck with tires is an understatement, but no matter what Gary Shimer at Pro-Tire always takes care of me, has never overcharged me, and is just an all around good guy.

I have yet to have a decent let alone a good experience from this establishment. I just had a mechanic lie to me again. Telling me I had worn out suspension components when in reality he just simply didn’t want to do the work. I rebuild everything on my suspension annually. To include lower control arms, upper control arms, all necessary bushings, ball joints, outside tie rod ends, inside tie rod ends, complete steering rack and pinion, wheels bearings/hubs, and alignment keys. All of these components were replaced less than one week ago and the vehicle has seen zero miles on new components execpt the 3 mile drive to Indy performance pro tire. This shop is an absolute disgrace to the performance auto community. One would think that a shop with performance in the name would be able to do a simple alignment on a performance vehicle with aftermarket suspension. So I ask the question exactly what part of your business is performance oriented? You also have the word “pro” in your name which implies you’re professionals. Lying to your customers and fabricating reasons you cannot work on my vehicle is in no way professional. This like every other experience with you has been a complete waste of my time. This will certainly be my last. I Strongly encourage everyone to use literally any other establishment.
