Longtime store in Fallbrook with great, honest owners. They have a nice selection of jewelry and seem very knowledgeable. I’ve always gone here for watch battery replacements, which are always affordable and quickly done.

At the jewelry connection, the service depends on who is waiting on you!! I had an earring post fixed, they had to be sent back a second time because the jeweler did not do it properly. Then a hole was made in the earring metal! I let them know, but I would not take my jewelry back there.

After 7 years, my leather watch band was showing some indisputable wear & tear. I took it over to Jewelry Conection for a replacement band and battery. Within 15 minutes, my watch was good as new. Quick and expert service, reasonably priced.I am a happy customer.

Horrible experience. I had my wedding band sized up to a half size bigger. I came to pick it up, the jeweler took it upon himself to change the look of my ring!!!!! It is an 18k gold flat ring, pipe style satin finish - to a dome edge and glossy look!!!!!! He curved the edges, my heart sunk when it saw it, I was in distress belief. I asked him why did he do that?? he didn’t know what to say he said well I have lots of work and I follow what the receipt says, I said it doesn’t say change the look of my ring, just size up a half size! I was so sad, I spent a lot of money where I bought it and he ruined it. I came the next day to pick it up and the jeweler said he will correct it… by the way they have to shave off more gold off the ring which thins it, to get it where it was somewhat…Jamie was very very rude about it, I told how unhappy I was, he said this is America go where you want, (He doesn’t care about you as a person). I said I didn’t feel it’s worth paying for an unprofessional work and ruining my ring even though trying to correct it, it doesn’t look the same anymore. He got mad yelled tried to grab the ring out of my had and saying we did work pay me!!! I pay for this craftsman, this building! he insulted me by cussing at me all the while I’m with my wife. We stayed calm the whole time. Don’t ever come here to this place! Unprofessional in every way!!
