Great pet supply store. I went there when my girl was a puppy and also for supplies for her end of life care. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable if you’re looking for specific things. They carry their own store brand as well as higher-end brands. Great natural products/options as well.

Great customer service. Polite and knowledgeable employees. They know about the products they sell and how meet the needs of your pet unlike other big brand pet stores. Products with quality and trustable ingredients. They have section for cats just as large as the dog section, which I really appreciate !

I always feel so spoiled here. I'm temporarily disabled, and they couldn't be more accommodating. Trevor even emptied out a box and put it inside the shopping cart so the new dog could ride in the cart, while I'm trailing behind with my crutch.
Trevor helped me pick out new clothes (I live in a cinder block house, without insulation, so it gets cold), and we picked out some good freeze dried duck lung for training.
Took a crate for test drive, just to see what dimensions we need.
The dog on shopping for is going to be given to my mother, so she will be picking out the crate. She just needed dimensions. Trevor was more than accommodating.
Had to pick up lamb chops, the stuffed animal. That's a given.
Love to go here.

Everyone here is always so nice and helpful, and it's always a great experience...but yesterday took the cake y'all! I went in hoping for a toy for power chewers, because my cousin's sweet baby pittie goes thru toys like a BEAST haha. The girl who helped me was so so so amazing, she also has a power chewer pittie, so not only did she help me find the perfect toys for him but also had some great suggestions to help with his super sensitive skin. I forgot to ask her name but she's one of the managers, girly if you see this thank you so much! He chewed on that bigger bone for an hr straight?❤️?

I'm such a fan of Kahoot's Fallbrook. From the moment I walk through the doors and am welcomed genuinely by employees to leaving, I feel happy, valued by Kahoot's. Chris and Jonathan are knowledgeable, polite, and super helpful. These 2 stand out to me but I believe it's every employee. Chris recognizes my face and always gives good advice/feedback on dog food/treats. I trust his opinion. Employees always carry my heavy dog food bags to my car without question. I feel fortunate to have this store nearby. Whatever Kahoot's is doing to find stellar employees, keep up the great work! Thank you Kahoot's!

I personally will never shop at any of there store's ? . ‼️
PETSMART IS MUCH MORE FRIENDLY AND MUCH CHEAPER ?

While visiting family, we visited to pick up a few forgotten items for our dogs. The staff was amazing helpful, they had the typically harder to find brands that we like for our pets. Prices were great and the house brand products are everywhere.

This is our favorite pet store ever! Kahoots carries our favorite brands of healthy food and treats (some of them Kahoots brand). The Fallbrook Kahoots store has wonderful employees who always take the time to make our little grandpuppy, Dooby, feel special. One of Dooby's favorite things is to go to "the doggie toy store"
