I go to this labcorp in Fallbrook a lot. I am here to say every time has been a great experience. They accommodate my need to lay down. Their blood draws are as good as it can be. Their employees are efficient, respectful and run a tight operation. I really appreciate having labcorp in our small town.

My recent experience with this lab was my first time with them. It turned out to be horrible. I needed a test for my next doctor’s visit. Went to this lab 3 weeks before thinking it was plenty of time. Also confirmed by them results would be out in 1-2 days before leaving this lab. But a week passed. Nothing. 10 days passed, still nothing. I tried to call, no humans could be reached. After being put to listen to music on the phone for an hour I decided to go to the lab. They handed me another phone # to call, again listened to music, finally a human told me I needed my doctor to call them. My doctor’s staff called them, still nothing….. But my doctor’s appointment will be in 6 days. Yesterday I went to another lab (not Labcorp). Now I have received my results in less than 12 hours!

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. This is my go-to LabCorp location as all the other ones are always booked out for weeks. If you make an appointment online, you will always get in promptly and with no issues.

Not sure why all the bad reviews . I made an appointment and was seen right on time ( make an appointment people , otherwise you WILL have to wait ). I usually have had bad experiences with getting my blood drawn at other places due to having thin veins . My phlebotomist was so quick , kind and careful . The receptionist was quick and helpful as well despite having a lobby full of people . Thank you holly for making it as comfortable experience as possible :) .

Ok so these girls work hard ..I'll give them that, but to treat a customer rudely, then start billing them for something that's already been paid by Medicare....is harassment....Holly is a flipper, and the other girl that was subbing one day is the reason for this review. Only Labcorp I could find within a fair distance that had an appointment in the same week I was trying to book one. Half an hour drive for me to get here but the experience was a good one. Wait was comfortable sitting in my own car and that went quickly as I was texted to come in in 3 minutes after I checked in. Entry was steps from the parking lot. Staff was courteous, barely felt the needle poke for the blood test and I was done and out within a few short minutes. Couldn't ask for any better!

I've been coming here for about two years. Every time has been a success. Easy check in kiosk (2) inside. Make sure to bring your drivers license or identification card to check in via the kiosk. Masks are still required , however a box is available on the front desk. It's always been clean when I have been present. The nurses here are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient, funny and compassionate. The tall beautiful blond nurse with straight hair is very funny! They always have great music playing such as Adele, can't go wrong. The parking spots are a little tight if you have a large diesel truck. Plenty of street parking as well. Thank you Nurses, we need you!
