First review I've ever done. I'm new to cars and not sure what I should ask, but Tony and Eli came to help me and teach me all the basics, even after I explained I couldn't complete this first time purchase. They stayed late and gave me good knowledge. Would highly recommend.

I knew this was a good dealership the moment I pulled into the lot. I was not harrassed by greedy sales agents, at all! They greeted me like we have known each other for years and made the process as easy and smooth as possible. This is the first time I bought a used car in my life and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. They have a whole team dedicated to giving the best rate they can, even with my lack of credit, financing was a breeze! Highly reccommend this dealership if you are looking for a trustworthy, smooth and friendly sales process.

My friend and I went in after they gave us a price of a car, they would not sell it to us for that and doubled the price while cussing and telling us how he screws over the military members in the area just to get their navy fed check. PLEASE find a different more professional dealership that is going to sell you a good car!

I take everything I said back this place is amazing I got an insanely high quote on a engine replacement from another store I went to north coast auto group and they gave me the best deal I’ve ever seen, they allowed me to do a payment plan which make it so much easier and breathable being in the military. Best used auto sales company in California. Thank you
