My battery died. So I called a different auto parts store. They told me they were unable to install my battery. So I called O'Reilly Auto Parts and spoke to Arnold. He informed me they could install my battery but to bring my car in to make sure it didn't need any special tools. Arnold was very helpful. He installed my battery and my air filter. He was very pleasant, professional and courteous. That is rare these days. Thank you Arnold.

ORAP reminds me of going to Pep Boys which was bought out. They have a great selection of parts and accessories. They have a great sales staff. I started going there because Tom told me that's where he buys a lot of his parts for his business.

Waited a long time before anybody helped. Lots of employees but was ignored by all of them. Seemed like inventory was more important than customers. Had battery put on tester and had to ask if it tested OK. Bad customer service
