I’ve never waited in a long line, at least not one that took a lot of time to get through.
I’m baffled at the bad reviews. I’ve gone to other post offices that took forever and were super crowded, and that’s never been the case here. I’d say take it with a grain of salt that those over reviewers were just having a bad day and wanted someone to blame.

“Mostly friendly staff, and generally never a line unless it's close to closing time. They have a diversified selection of reasonably priced mailing envelopes, bubble packages, small boxes, etc. to choose from that can be purchased right inside, and fair shipping prices for most things that aren't particularly heavy or irregularly shaped/long.”
