I had to send an important UPS package the other day, and the service here was prompt, and polite. I had a prepaid label, so all I needed to do was pick up an envelope and ship it off. This is a great little shipping store here in Fallbrook. I will definitely use it again when I need to ship something out.

I have been going to Postal Annex for business and personal shipping for almost 8 years now. Rick and his staff and very professional and have been a pleasure to work with. I needed a weekly shipping for work materials and he helped me with each shipment transaction and helped me with prepping and tracking each package. His service and helpful and caring attitude has been 5 star all the way. Moving out of state soon and I will really miss him. He is like a friend and caring part of my time here in Fallbrook. This place overcharges!, $3.19 for two black and white copies lol...i will not come here again. Goinpostal by northgate market charges like .25 cents a copy.

Avoid this location. Rick OVER CHARGES for live scans. You will also be there for over an hour for a service that should take 5mins. I went to the postal annex in bonsall and was in and out in 5mins and charged $40 less than what Rick was charging me for the exact live scan service.

Clerk mislabeled my package so it was sent to the totally wrong state and an address that wasn't even close to where my package was supposed to go. I purchased insurance as the contents were quite valuable. I am told that because it was delivered to the address in the package and signed for that insurance will not pay. Postal Annex should pay me as they are the ones who mislabeled it in the first place.

Rick runs a wonderful store! So easy to ship from and pick up packages. There is often a line so you might have to wait, but he and his staff will always be courteous and polite and helpful! Total opposite of the UPS store in town. Go here! One hundred percent a better experience. No QR code services, however, but that’s okay!

This location does not accept QR codes! Many return processes now only give you a QR code. They will charge you to print a label even after you paid for the postage and got a QR code. Ridiculous. Can you please upgrade your service abilities?

I had a huge box of sentimental irreplaceable items sent to me and they arrived completely smashed and broken glass inside everywhere. I spoke with Rick on several occasions he said that UPS would have to take all of my items to a warehouse and see how they got broken. My mother had just passed away and these were items of hers the most irreplaceable item was a large art piece that was in a big frame with glass on top the glass was shattered throughout the entire box. There’s no way I’m going to let them take these items of my deceased mother to a warehouse in order for me to get my $100 insurance claim. This is the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had.

I LOVE coming in here. Which I usually dread going into any postal service. I come in during the week at around 3:45 & the staff is amazing! They go above and beyond. Such impeccable customer service. Definitely only coming here from now on. Thank you!
