Dr called a common pain pill for me they told me I couldn't get it till the next day but guess what they didn't check the stock and had to order it she told me you'd be ready at 11:00 guess what again it wasn't ready. I did not get any sleep the night before becase of my pain. Now waiting for a text message when it's ready guess what I'm not coming back I'll go back to rite aid

Every time I go there to buy juice, the first 3 or 4 containers I look at are expired by weeks or months. Check the expiration dates on all your stuff here cause nobody else does

As usual, Kylie and the gang at curbside did another great 'shop' for us. We have an older person in the family and he can't be exposed to the virus so we order online and pick-up. We've been using this service for two years and with few exceptions our orders have always been 'shopped' with great care, even the produce. We appreciate having this service and to Kyle for always taking good care of us. Thank you.

This store is wonderful, except for the lady who looks like her hair and makeup are stuck in the 80's and works the self check out stands. She's so passive aggressively rude and hovers the entire time, making me mess up requiring her assistance once again. I'm competent, I know how self check out works. She needs more kindness in her soul, I feel bad for her honestly but someone needs to check her passive aggressive attitude towards costumers. May I add, I've lived in fallbrook for 5 years and this is the grocery store I always go to. Every encounter I have had with her has been exactly the same, very unpleasant. I actually avoid the self checkout but sometimes the other lines are too busy and then this happens. She's the worst but everything else about this store is wonderful.

This is for the pharmacist who was working Sun 11/28 around 10am. I didn't get her name but she was the sweetest, most kind lady I have ever met. She gave my boyfriend his vaccine and was just a pleasure to be around. When we left we couldn't stop talking about how great she was. Thank you for being so welcoming and nice. There are not many people out there like you anymore, You are awesome!

The employee named Kai working at Starbucks inside Albertsons was extremely rude, dismissive, and had terrible customer service. The female employee (I think her name is April) took my order and he made it incorrectly. He said he would remake it and he made it incorrectly again, but then refused to make it correctly. I waited while he served 11 people who ordered after me, and still hadn’t made my drink correctly. So I finally asked him to refund it if he wasn’t going to make it. He told me I had to go wait in line again. So I waited in line behind 5 more people for a refund. I asked him why he hadn’t remade my drink correctly and he acted snotty and gave me attitude, attributing his mistakes to a miscommunication. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, terrible representative of Albertsons and Starbucks.

Went yesterday to get fried chicken they're eight piece that was on sale came back home and had it it was after 7:30 when we went when we got ready to sit down and eat we started eating and the chicken was like chicken jerky. Then today I call and talk to the manager manager tells me about coming in and getting a replacement I came in to get a replacement of the same eight piece chicken so come home get ready to eat and the chickens wasn't that much like chicken jerky but it was almost there but the off-putting part of it was that it was way too salty so the experience for the fried Chicken this time around was not good the only good thing about it that made me give it a two-star was the manager Laura who didn't really ask questions and probably just said come in and get a replacement she was the only one that did an excellent job and for the the two guys that were doing the chicken you can tell they really didn't want to be there because you can see it in the chicken chicken was crappy.

Nice store- many options. But, Just wanted to remark that one of your baggers just removed her mask to sneeze and then put it back on. Whoops! Not to be a negative- but a good training opportunity.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 3 years. On more than one occasion they have caught conflicting medications that could have harmed me. They are very professional and showed their dedication and efficiency by administering the covid vaccinations. They are a true asset to the town of Fallbrook.

The people at the meat counter are consistently rude! Every single time I need to speak with one of them I walk away angry at the way I am treated. On one occasion I wanted shrimp from the counter, but was told to get a bag of frozen shrimp because it's the same thing. Another time I walked up to the counter and instead of being greeted he jutted his chin in the air at me I presume to say-what do you want. Recently I attempted to ask questions about what type of marinades were on the chicken skewers because I have food allergies. The response was to nod in the direction of some bottles on the counter. The most egregious treatment however, was when I was attempting to purchase about $140 worth of prime rib. When I was finally acknowledged and had explained to the counter person what I wanted, after several questions and repeatedly being told what it would cost, he went to get another butcher who then questioned me again, and kept telling me how much the meat would cost. This treatment is ridiculous. I am a more than middle-aged individual who is well beyond playing pranks, and I am completely capable of paying for my purchases. Management needs to be aware of how these guys are treating customers.

Standard Albertson's shopping experience. Good store, clean inside, and professional courteous staff as would be expected. They had both live Mint and Basil plants here. The last Albertson's I went to had only Basil and no Mint, so kudos for having fresh live Mint (and Basil).
