Why is the bathroom always closed? Super frustrating, when there are hardly any public bathrooms around.

Went today and filled my car with gas then attempted to add air to my tires. After going back and forth multiple times from the air to the cashier I was barely able to get air in one tire. The cashier was the rudest person ever and made no attempt to assist when the air compresser would not go on/stay on. She basically said add money to the machine and it will probably work. I did add money, which I think is actually against the law to make a customer pay for air, and of course it didn't work so after wasting 30 minutes I gave up. Will never go back.

I recently had a negative experience at a nearby gas station, Rocket. I was appalled to find out that they don't clean the fountain drink liquid off the ground. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for both customers and the general maintenance of the store.
Due to this, I decided to leave without paying for my items and went to a different gas station, Shell. However, I was disappointed to find out that they don't supply their computer systems with enough employees to work them. This results in a logistical failure and hinders the efficiency of the gas station.
I truly hope that the owner takes notice of this issue and takes necessary steps to fix it. In this day and age, technology plays such a crucial role in the success of businesses, and neglecting it can have serious consequences.
What was even more concerning was the behavior of one of the employees at Shell. He was on the larger end of the spectrum and told me to get gas or else he would cause harm to my family. While he may have said it in a 'nice' way, this type of behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that Shell did not have peanuts inside the store. However, I was pleased to see that their fountain drinks were fairly priced. Perhaps, instead of focusing on peanuts, they should consider investing in a more eye-catching gas sign that is visible during both day and night. This would make it easier for customers to tell what time it is outside and avoid confusion.
On another occasion, I found myself low on gas and went to the other nearby gas station that I typically go to. However, their pumps were out of order and I had no choice but to come to Shell. Despite my disappointment in the lack of cleanliness and staff at Shell, I will be returning as it is now the only reliable option for me in the area.
In conclusion, I hope both Rocket and Shell improve their services in the future. Cleanliness, adequate staff, and efficient technology are all essential in ensuring a positive customer experience. I will continue to support and return to a gas station that values these aspects.

Went in there to buy snacks for my lunch and was profiled by the staff and accused me of stealing and hiding it in my jacket so I took it off and showed I had nothing to hide still no apology or anything and was still being harassed and accused of stealing

I was there early in the morning for some lotto tickets. When I walked in I saw an elderly lady standing at the counter off on the side to buy tickets. She had a walker. There were two clerks, after they waited on the line standing at the counter, one of the girls walked away from the counter, even though she had seen the elderly lady standing there for I’m not sure how long. I refuse to pay patronage to a place that turns his or her back on the elderly knowing this person was there. How very sad our customer service has gotten so bad that we can turn our backs on an elderly individual and feel good about ourselves. I don’t like to give bad reviews, but in this incident, it is very warranted!!!!!

Cheap smokes, but now have been over. Charged for in store purchases multiple times. Gad is also high compared to other places in town.

Nice gas station. Went there and wanted to wipe off my windows but someone had broken into the paper towels and took all of them. ? Prices for gas were reasonable but everything inside is way overpriced. Oh well.
