Always super nice people working! Prices are higher (usual for Shell) but worth the stop. Easy in and out and everything is well-maintained. The car wash is not great but good enough and easy to use.

I was just want to give 5 stars to the night employee named Lovell! He went above and beyond to help me.I thought I accidentally threw my debit card in the trash, and was too squeamish to dig through the trash can myself.Lovell put on some gloves and searched through the trash for my card. This is something he is absolutely not required to do as an employee, he just did this to be a nice guy and I just want him to know it was very much appreciated

The manager on duty (perhaps the owner?) was extremely helpful! We were stuck in a rut and needed a jump. He tried to help but our battery was too far gone. He was so patient, kind and friendly. Times like these makes me realize there are still good people in the world. I wish I got his name, I thanked him personally but felt it was not enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Excellent customer service!

Overall a good location for Fallbrook. Getting out can be tricky. If you need to head South to the 76, turning left onto Mission can be a while unless you get to the light, which means turning left onto Main St, then left between the Arco and Shell and then left at the light. Also as of now (September 2020), they're working on there car wash.

The employees were not wearing face masks and did not appear to enforce mask wearing. This gas station use to have a very good car wash and now they have changed to a self wash. Overall I do not recommend this gas station

No social distancing or masks inside of the gas station. They don't seem to know or care we are in a pandemic. I will not being returning here. She'll should be disappointed.

I liked it until it closed down. I've used this place for 4-5 years. Very sad to see it go. Very affordable, it did a decent job washing, i always hand wiped it because the fan never did the job but I didn't mind it. What are they building there now??

Better than most "spit washes" as long as your car or truck isn't too dirty, it will be cleaned by this wash. What's convenient is that it is open 24 hours a day better than my favorite Soapy Joe's which has limited hours of operation. If you don't have the time to get your vehicle cleaned, this is a good choice.

The drive-through machine is very poorly designed, your dirty dusty car is subjected first to those red machine rags that rubs all over the paint and grinds the dirt into the paint job. Feel free to get the car wet first before you start the process. I'll take my car to the carwash over on Alvarado.

I've never had a good experience here and the guy at the counter is rude and barely speaks any English and doesn't treat you well. I definitely do not recommend going through the spot O-Matic 3000 car wash they have.

Station owner/attendant was engrossed in a foreign language conversation with a man who had left his unattended Yukon at the pump for over 10 minutes while I patiently waited in line behind the vehicle. It was the most convenient waiting spot for me as I was pulling a horse trailer. I wasn't in a hurry, but my horse in the trailer was left out in the hot sun while we waited. I finally thought there must be a problem with the pump and I went inside to ask. I interrupted their conversation, which I could not understand, by asking if there was a problem at that pump. I wouldn't have had a problem with backing up the horse trailer and going to another bay. (They had all been previously occupied). The owner of the Yukon went out to his car and topped it off. I got back in my vehicle not thinking anything more until I realized the Yukon owner was yelling at me (a late sixties lady who is maybe 5'2). I rolled down my window to hear him shouting that I must think 'I'm really important because I have a horse!' I don't live in Fallbrook, but I'd guess half the people that live there have a horse! When he finally got into his Yukon he pulled forward a few feet. The Shell station owner came into his doorway and they continued to speak to each other in their own language...obviously joined in the purpose of keeping me from being able to move into the gas bay and fill up my vehicle. I'm a very nice, non confrontational person...just trying to put gas in her vehicle while hauling her horse out for a trail ride. The Shell station owner obviously enjoyed some level of triumph, as did his native comrade against a senior citizen. Sure wish I would have picked another car to wait behind in another bay. I've never had a strange man verbally assault me before. It was very frightening. So much hostility directed to an old lady taking her horse out for a trail ride! I'll never use this Shell station again! Ladies...beware! This Shell station owner will not be looking out for you if you have any unprovoked confrontations by his native homeland friends. He was supportive of his friend confronting an older lady. Just not right!
