Worst Company policies i've every seen.. incredibly greedy and shady with disconnection policy. Will never do business with spectrum every again.

Worst business practices canvassing neighborhoods. They come to my door everyday and disregard my no solicitors sign. You don't see this from other companies...will never do business with them!!

Worst internet carrier yet. AT&T was bad but these guys might even be worse. All the time I get the message “Not connected.” Very sad business. The only thing they have going for them is their billing. They are very good at collecting for their poor “services.”
