We rented a couple properties from this company. The first one was promised to be cleaned before being moved in, as the carpets were saturated with dog pee and feces. In reality the carpet should've been replaced. They were "cleaned" but we spent a year constantly shampooing them as the smell when hot outside would be unbarable. The house had more problems than I have room to write.The second house though nice and on a semi quiet neighborhood, minus the four wheel motorcycles racing at all hours had plumbing problems beyond belief. And when we called T&A about relieving the problems, they said the home owners wanted to use they're contacts which left us bathroomless for three days. Can you imagine?HERE COMES THE REAL COMPLAINT. Upon leaving this property I cleaned, did the yards, filled the picture holes (mine and the ones left by prior tenants), spot cleaned and vacuumed the still like new carpets, ultimately leaving the place move in ready. AFTER OVER A MONTH and leaving emails and a multitude of phone calls WITH NO ANSWERS....NONE, to get my deposit back T&A sent a check CHARGING $410.00 for "interior cleaning" and "carpet shampooing." I left this place nicer than it was when I moved in with plants and flowers planted, trees trimmed, holes filled, windows washed inside and out, walls washed, spot cleaned and vacuumed, mopped, ect. I have pictures of the place as I left it and it in no constituted a thourgh "cleaning" as $410.00 would produce. And T&A had the audacity to charge $410.00 for cleaning? And never once contact me for reasoning on why they are doing this "cleaning"? Hummmmm. I would consider any company before going to this place for service. Nice to your face but vindictive cheating behind the back.

Horrible presentation of customer service skills to general public. I would NEVER use this company to manage a property & I wouldn't even view an open rental they managed.Yes, they are THAT bad.

We moved into our house in July and have had nothing but great service since day one. Any concerns were handled appropriately as soon as they were notified. Kelley and the rest if the staff are absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately, this business seems to be lacking in prompt customer service. I have tried twice to use them after finding listings on their website or in ads; however, they are quite difficult to get in touch with. My most recent experience was after finding a listing on their website almost two weeks ago. The home had just been listed for rent and I immediately emailed them via their website and attempted to call their office number. My email went unanswered and after three attempts to contact them via phone, someone answered while I was in the middle of leaving another voicemail on their office line. Sadly, the home had been rented essentially as soon as it was advertised, yet this business failed to remove it from their website.Fallbrook is a small town and I completely understand the "small town" mentality when it comes to servicing clients without the usual fast pace of surrounding areas. But with so few options in town available for rent, time is definitely of the essence. And then to be treated as though it was no big deal that I had been trying to reach them for two weeks was, frankly, insulting as she proceeded to share with me how happy she was that a couple was able to secure the place so quickly after it became available, never acknowledging she should remove the listing from her website.I have since found another real estate company in town much more responsive to potential clients and not just those listing their property. I would suggest you look elsewhere for assistance.

We've rented a home in Fallbrook from Thompson & Assoc. for the 5 years, and they've been very professional, very timely when maintenance issues come up, and easy to work with overall.

Never got back to me via email or phone, not even a generic email stating the property was no longer available. That is poor customer service!
