We got married at Tivoli in October and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. For what you get, the packages were very reasonable for the area. There's a lot of things included in the package that I didn't see included in other venuesThe food was impeccable! Usually wedding food is dry and a hit or miss. We got to go to a nice tasting event and make all our selections which was super fun! Everything we chose was executed so perfectly! All the apps were so unique. The staff is amazing. It is interesting because if you book far in advance, you get in contact with anyone from their coordinating team but as you get closer, you are dedicated to one. We got Cassandra to work with who was amazing! She was sweet, friendly, answered all our questions, and was so helpful throughout. Our bridal assistant we got on the day of, Kristina was such a pleasure too!The venue is unbeatable, from the views, beautiful reception area, the flow of the space, etc. You really do feel like you're in another country! As beautiful as it is in the morning, it is even more romantic at night. Don't even get my started on sunset! You can't hire an outside planner so you do have to do quite a bit of the planning yourself but if you are organized, it's a great way to save money. You provide your own alcohol too which is way cheaper than open bar per person at other venues. They really make it so it's cost-effective for you!10/10 would recommend to anybody!

This place is beautiful. I am not a fan of marriage, because the divorce rate is high. But if I did get married…. It would be here.

The best venue! Trademark really knows what they're doing. The BYOB saved us a few thousand dollars. From the self guided tours, which don't feel very pushy.... to the planning that they help you do. They really have figured out how to make everybody's wedding perfect. This venues beauty speaks for itself, all of our guest said that they've never been to a venue like this, the bartender was amazing, there was so much food people couldn't even eat at all, and the weather was perfect. I could have been happier with my decision and I'm so glad that this is my forever wedding venue.

We had an amazing experience at Tivoli and with the whole Trademark team. Our planner/coordinator Natalia was absolutely amazing- so attentive and reliable! Our day was so stress free and went better than we could have imagined. Our bridal assistant, Kristina, was so sweet. All our guests were commenting on how gorgeous the venue is. I could not have asked for a more perfect day.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tivoli Italian Villa! As the MOB (mother of the bride - I loved this role!) I visited TIV several times leading up to my daughter’s wedding this August. I also went with her to the design center. The setting is gorgeous and immaculately maintained. The staff is amazing — special shout-out to Cassandra, our “day-of” coordinator who also played a key role in the months of preparation prior. Also, though he didn’t have to be this nice, Andrew was always there between his other duties, to bring bowls of ice water for Winnie, the flower girl, who happens to be a dog.The afternoon and evening of the wedding couldn’t have been more magical. From the comfortable getting ready rooms, to the beautiful ceremony space, to the shaded cocktail hour area, to the flawlessly executed reception, there is nowhere else we would have wanted to be. The food - served in a homey family style - was delicious.Thank you for everything!

Let me start by saying we had an absolutely fantastic wedding at Tivoli in April 2023! The venue is stunning and truly unique to Southern California. We got so many compliments from guests about the gorgeous grounds and amenities. And that's why we picked it-- the gardens, desert botanicals, mountain views, the villa, the salon, the piazza-- it felt like a dynamic experience. Trademark, the venue company, is a powerhouse and they know how to throw weddings. I appreciated this because they had a lot of amenities (free decor to use) and expertise that other venues did not. Our assigned coordinator Jenna was absolutely amazing and I enjoyed working with her. She executed our decor and timeline exactly how I had planned it. You are required to use Trademark's planners (they come with limited support) and are not allowed to bring in outside planners. I had no idea about wedding planning and I felt a little bit in the dark as I started planning and wished I had a checklist guide or place to start from. All this said, there are a few things that could have made the day EVEN better and I think they are worth mentioning for future couples.1. Venue hours. Bridal party cannot arrive to venue day of until 11am and groomsmen not until 2:30pm. These restraints are hugely problematic for the bridal party wanting to use the chateau and salon to get ready. We had to get ready at my Airbnb and then transfer at 11am to the venue. Hair and makeup artists charge a transfer fee for this type of situation. And it's a waste of time in the middle of the day.2. Ceremony lighting. Ceremony's at Tivoli take place under a huge old oak tree which is beautiful, but casts shadows on the bridal party's faces. If it is a sunny day (which you hope for) know that your professional photos will have patchy light on faces and you will have shadows throughout the images. I love my wedding photos, but the ones of my ceremony are my least favorite and that's a bummer for me. Prior to the event I asked Trademark for solutions to this lighting issue, but was presented none.3. The food. You are required to use Trademarks catering company and the food is fine, it's nice, there are a lot of options to choose from. But if you are a foodie and food is your #1 priority for your wedding you might want to reconsider a Trademark venue. For me, food was not our #1 and we knew going into it that we had to use their catering company and we were okay with it.I hope this is helpful. Have a magical wedding day!

Tivoli was everything and MORE. We were a one stop shop. We visited one venue, and we knew Tivoli was the one. We had the BEST day ever. The food was delicious, and we received SOOO many compliments on the food. I would 10/10 recommend farm style. Our guests absolutely loved it. The staff was so kind and sweet, and we got many compliments on the staff on duty that day. In particular, our wedding coordinator Erika was a true angel throughout the whole planning process. She was so responsive and handled every detail of ours big or small. All my ideas I pitched at her she said, "we can do it!". The planning process was so smooth because of her and specifically the day of the wedding. Wow just wow--she BLEW myself and my husband away but most importantly our family and guests on the day of our wedding. They were so impressed with how seamless and organic the day went. Nothing was out of place due to Erika's incredible attention to every little detail I had asked. She treated us like kings and queens. Thank you to the best wedding coordinator ever for such an organized, seamless day. Tivoli has our hearts forever! 20/10 experience.

We got married at Tivoli Italian Villa in June 2023 and our experience was wonderful. It's certainly not cheap to have a big beautiful wedding in Southern California but I thought the venue (with its included coordination, food, and rentals) was a good value for the experience we had.Jenna was the first coordinator we worked with. She was so sweet and very responsive over email. During an early planning session, she helped focus my husband's and my gleeful energy as we sipped champagne and looked at table settings. Our original planner had an emergency and Cassandra stepped in and took amazing care of us. She was equally responsive- stepping in to answer every little last minute question I had.I was able to trust her with design details- scattering vases and extra flowers, draping gauze runners. I felt that I could let go and let her supervise all of that and I did not have to think about it on the day.Our assistant coordinator was so warm and wonderful. She made sure I had what I needed at every step, whether it was hydration while getting ready, a kind word while waiting to walk down the aisle, a drink in my hand at cocktail hour, or stepping in to help bustle me quickly when I got sick of carrying around my train. At the end of the day, we felt so cared for and supported by the team. All their hard work made the event go so smoothly and they made us feel like starsVenue:STUNNING. So photogenic. No bad angles. Getting married at Tivoli meant I knew my event was going to be gorgeous and romantic, no matter how much I saved or splurged on florals and decor.Food:It's "banquet" food, so while nothing was the greatest dish I have ever eaten, it was all fresh and there were lots of tasty dishes. Our guests were happy and well fed.The bartenders were great. They were able to accommodate our signature cocktails and helped keep the drinks flowing.

9/2023 bride here! So far my experience with Tivoli and Trademark in general has been wonderful! Talk about organized! I just wanted to say how beautiful this venue is. It's an outdoor, Italian garden feel! Fell in love from the first day I saw it and let me tell you, pictures just don't do it justice! The venue tour is self guided which is yes out of the ordinary, but it's because there's practically a wedding going on everyday. But it's nice because you get to see it partially setup which is great because you can envision how you would want your setup to be as well! There's so much greenery that you honestly don't need too much decor/florals (which is a great money saver!)Today I revisited Tivoli along with my florist. We luckily found a Trademark employee who gladly stopped and answered all our questions! Her name was Kristina and omg it was like fate meeting her! She's actually a bridal assistant for Tivoli and said she would most likely be mine this coming September! Talking with Kristina put me at ease with all the questions and concerns I had for my upcoming wedding! She was so personable and easy to talk to!I we could've talked for hours! Most importantly, she didn't make me feel rushed or inferior with all my million questions lol she legitimately loves her job and I can already tell she's gonna make the day go by wayyyy easier with just her presence. She even gave us a mini tour of the gorgeous venue! Thank you Kristina for everything if you're reading this! I'm even more excited now! Cant wait! :)

Get more respect from a fast food worker than the valet service workers here. Staff was unfriendly. Invest in some lighting like really, I had to use my own flash light. Go to Willows for a better venue.
