“Great business, love the owner, workers are always cool except there's been one dude who upcharges without consent from owner and has a whole a** telephone poll up his lazy a*** always watching YouTube even when customers walk in and not friendly at all. Other than one worker who goes by Rafael, love the place.”

“Ignore the dumbass one star comments on this page. Its a smoke shop, you dont get to go home, suck on a vaporizer than ask for a refund or a new one. its been like this for years. Ever try asking for a refund or a 'new' water pipe YOU broke? LOL The lady working the counter is incredibly kind, and doesnt bother you while you look around. She knows her s**** and ya she wears a mask. Who fuckin cares? Youre free not to wear one, so specifically calling this place a Sheep Shack or w/e dumbass thing that person said is so stupid. Clearly butthurt and cant take the L. *edit They where butthurt over 20$ LMAO”

“I have to disagree with this based on my own experiences here. Every interaction I’ve had has been professional, and I’ve never personally experienced the level of disrespect being described. That being said, I also have pretty thick skin. If someone is having a bad day, seems irritated, or comes across a little blunt, I don’t automatically take it personally or let a five-minute interaction ruin my entire day. Not everyone communicates the same way, and sometimes personality differences get interpreted as disrespect. I can only judge a business based on how I’ve personally been treated, and my experiences here have been positive. I think it’s only fair that people reading the negative reviews hear from customers who have had completely different experiences too.”
