My sister and I visited the Fallbrook UPS store yesterday to deliver two containers of shred materials and to ship several boxes of personal items including several items that needed to be wrapped on site. Nicole was the sole employee working. She competently and calmly navigated the shred process and the 7+ packages to be shipped and wrapped. During our time at your business, Nicole also handled 2 phone calls, 10+ additional customers, and a broken Amazon return machine. She did all of efficiently, personably, and professionally. She's an example of the type of employee any business would love to have.

If i could only give a 0 star rating. This place is a rip off. They charged more for their packing material than ahould be allowed by the law. I had something wraped and they used 9 feet of bubble wrap and I was charged $30 and then they charged me $20 for a box!!!!!. The entire roll of bubble wrap was only 15 bucks so says the owner/manager. I am a business owner and I understand gourly wages for the employees and all of that but seriously?!?!?
Postal annex is a much better option for customers. Thanks for stealing hard earned money from your local community.

I visited this UPS Store to return Verizon equipment—something Verizon clearly instructs customers to do at UPS locations. When I arrived, the store manager, Nicole, flatly refused to process my return, offering no explanation, only saying, “It won’t work.” I went to the Verizon store located in the same shopping center, explained what happened, and was given clear instructions confirming that UPS is indeed responsible for accepting the return.
When I returned to the UPS Store and calmly explained this, Nicole became aggressive and confrontational, raising her voice and stating, “This is a community service.” I replied that Verizon pays UPS to handle these returns, to which she snapped, “Well, they’re not paying me.” I explained this wasn’t my issue to solve, but she continued to yell at me loudly in front of other customers. I asked her to lower her voice, and she became even more agitated, saying, “It’s not my problem.” I left the store while she continued yelling.
I returned to the Verizon store and had their manager come with me back to the UPS Store. Even in front of another professional, Nicole remained rude and disrespectful. Another customer, clearly disturbed by the scene, politely suggested Nicole stop being so rude—Nicole immediately lashed out at her too, calling her “Lady” in a condescending tone.
Nicole’s behavior was completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated with such hostility and contempt, especially not older individuals simply trying to follow return instructions. I’ve since reported this incident to UPS corporate and sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously. Nicole is not fit for a customer-facing role and should be removed from a position of responsibility.

Charged to print out return label and tape up a return, to only have said return end up at my door the next day. Poor public image for UPS, at least it is not owned and operated by UPS so not a direct reflection upon them, but still a bad image.

The customer service was great. Nicole and sheenalee were so helpful with my many returns. An angry customer came in and they were calm and cool under pressure! I like this ups and will come again.

The ups store here in Fallbrook is great the service is amazing. This location offers Amazon return services, printing, fax and shipping. Sheenalee is very helpful as well she makes sure your visit is very quick and efficient and you walk out a happy customer.

The employees here are all so friendly, was greeted right when I walked through the door. Sheenalee is amazing very fast and efficient. This is my go to store for all my Amazon returns as well as shipping.

The worst. Obnoxious people working there.. all of them have an attitude that conveys “don’t bother me”. I stopped going and head to Temecula or Escondido ups stores where the folks provide a service with politeness.. whoever owns this fallbrook ups needs to fire and start again .. go for customer service without pissy attitudes

I went to UPS to return an Amazon item. The person at the front told me that I have to buy a box because they cannot reuse the same box from Amazon. I was surprised because I've had an Amazon business for many years and never heard about that. I called Amazon customer support and they told me that it's not true, which is why Amazon gave me a QR code to return the item. This UPS location gets paid from Amazon, and they still want to rip off customers – not cool. By the way, I went back to my regular UPS near my office at Shadowridge and returned the item without any questions asked.

Employee 272450 on 4/23/24 : Went above and beyond the call of duty, to help my husband find the extra large mailing tubes that he needed.
