Worst place to get a Passport. Booked two appointments on two separate occasions only to have both cancelled with only 3 hours notice. They say they have a guy but it's hard to offer appointments due to his limited schedule. Sounds like a lazy excuse to me and poor management.
Advice to this branch - don't offer appointments if your guy isn't willing to do the work. Complete failure of public service and waste of tax payers money.

I have schedule TWICE a passport appointment ahead of time, online and both times I get a call that the passport person didnt show up. This happened 2 times, less than a month away. Don't schedule your passport appointments here. They are not reliable

I’ve been coming to this post office for years and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. They stay calm and professional, even when dealing with tough customers. It does get busy sometimes, especially right before closing, but they work hard to keep things moving.

This post office has seemed to improve in 2024. The staff seems a little friendlier and a lot less ‘grumpy’. Service a tiny bit faster and more than 1-2 people on the desk if it gets busy. I might stop going to the Bonsall PO and return to the Fallbrook PO if this trend continues!

The staff at this post office are very unfriendly. I arrived 3 minutes before closing time with my package that just needed taping. The older man stood there watching as I struggled with the packing tape that he told me I had to buy. It was now barely 5:00, closing time, and he was clearly angry that I was still there. I thought he might offer some other tape to speed things up but no. He just kept saying, “We are closed, Ma’am,” telling me to return tomorrow. I asked a few quick questions about pricing and he tersely responded, calling me “ma’am” as often as he could as he gave abrupt answers. Finally, a younger gentleman who works with him offered to help me—telling me to move over to his station. He was very polite and got my package taped up with his tape, telling me I didn’t have to buy the damaged roll. I was out of there 1-2 minutes later. So out of three workers, one is customer-friendly. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered abrupt and rude workers there.

So its two weeks before Christmas and the line is out the door and they only have one employee working the front counter, AGAIN. This is without a doubt the worst run post office I have ever been to, whoever is in charge of this place needs to go.

Probably one of the worst experiences at a post office. I took my family in to get their passports sent in. I went online to try to make an appointment, but the website would not allow me to. I was early and one of the only ones present to get a passport taken care of and they refused to help me because I didn’t have an appointment. Soon there was nobody present in the office at all, only me and they still refused to help me. I asked if they would help me make an appointment and they said no. They were extremely combative and quick to turn me down. Horrible service. Do not come here if you need something done.

Omg I don't know why so many negative reviews, but I honestly want to say this post office in Fallbrook was able to help me with an urgent package while I'm on the field for an deployment. Noe was beyond helpful and professional and helped me ! Thank you guys for being amazing and going above and beyond !

Well I have to say that I had a problem with a package, they put it in the wrong mailbox, but they solved the problem immediately, the next day they called me that the package was already in my mailbox, so I am very grateful and excellent service from the customer service customer. Thank you so much.

Passport information for everyone that there dumb website lies. YOU NEED A BIRTH CERTIFICATE A SOCIAL IS NOT PROOF OF BEING A CITIZEN APPARENTLY EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS 2 FORMS OF ID ONE IS YOUR DRIVER LICENSE AND SOCIAL ! APPARENTLY THATS NOT COMPLETELY ACCURATE MUST BE A BIRTH CERTIFICATE SOCIALS ARE NOT PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP

When you go to any post office you don’t expect the service you receive….. this location feels like family! They are really there for you and will exceed your expectations of standards, lose a package?! they will go above and beyond to find it for you (if possible)!!! you need the latest and greatest holiday stamps they have them!!!! or if you need to get your passport, this is one of the few locations that will do that for you!!!
