Something has changed drastically at this Pharmacy. I always found them excellent. Best Pharmacy in town. Now they are by far the very worst. Staff have changed from polite, efficient, helpful and friendly to people who are rude, incompetent and just plain unfriendly I changed from a mail order pharmacy because they were so very good with my husband but sadly in the last year things have changed, perhaps it is a change of staff

This pharmacy is amazing! My insurance company stopped covering a medication that I had been on for over a year. My doctor sent prescription to this pharmacy and in the same day they got the prior authorization done and got the medication approved. They also signed me up for a discount card that helped with the copay. They will now be shipping my medication to me every month. Nicole was so very nice and helpful on the phone. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

We used Village Pharmacy for years before leaving the area. We really missed them when we were forced to use a drugstore pharmacy in Colorado. When we returned to San Diego area (Oceanside) we tried a local drugstore pharmacy again, for the convenience factor. Horrible! Rude pharmacist and long lines. Switched back to Village Pharmacy where we are treated like family. Well worth the drive!!

Old school customer service by highly trained and knowledgeable pharmacists and great support staff. As a local oral surgeon I cannot say enough about how well they take care of our patients and help us with keeping our own RX inventory full especially in this day of supply chain issues and product shortages. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Village pharmacy is THE BEST pharmacy I have ever used. They are kind, quick, knowledgeable, caring, wonderful people. I recommend them to everyone. I prefer a drive through pharmacy, and they don't have one, so that tells you right there how amazing they are because I get out of my car to go in❤️??. You will not be disappointed here, or left hanging. They take care of you. They are located in the beat medical plaza in town too, Village Medical Center and Office Park, off East Elder. Easy parking, central location, there is literally no reason not to switch to this pharmacy ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Badal was extremely helpful and determined to assist me in finding a less expensive medication (Eliquis - around $500 everywhere). He recommended a pharmacy in Temecula (Vail Ranch Pharmacy, 32675 Temecula Pkwy, Temecula, CA 92592) that I went to, and Neil managed to find a free Eliquis starter pack for the first month.BTW, those new blood thinner medications Apixaban (Eliquis). and Rivaroxaban (Xarelto) that are around $500 in US are around $20 in Europe. Which reminded me of Lyrica a few years ago which also was around $500 in US and I bought in Europe for around $10.

Hands down the best pharmacy in Fallbrook. The pharmacists are smart and personable, the staff and techs and very professional and easy to work with.I had nothing but issues with the other pharmacies in Fallbrook and am so happy my doctor recommended coming here.Avoid the riteaids, cvs, and Walgreens if you can. Come here and get good care from friendly people!

Hands down BEST pharmacy I have ever been to! Quick service with a smile and no hassle. I regret how much time I wasted at big chain pharmacies like CVS. They have been so kind and helpful at Village Pharmacy, no wait and you are in and out. They even greet me by name when I walk in. I am so thankful I found this place. I knew there was a reason they had so many 5 star reviews!

They are so kind. I was short my vitamin rx by a week, they gave me the difference without charge. Village Pharmacy has a wonderful free delivery in place. Rite Aid deliver is terrible. Buy local, choose Village Pharmacy.

Wonderful small pharmacy. Staff and pharmacist very knowledgeable and easy to reach! As a dentist, I prefer using a pharmacist that I can easily discuss patient's needs. I believe this provides the best care.
