Went to turn in a package and the “manager” was really disrespectful and accused of stealing tape when I had gotten it out of my own car and including that she would mistreat plenty of employees.

I went to make a return for Fed Ex and the lady there supposed the manager was really rude she should find a job she likes costumer service is definitely not her type

Went in as a walk in for a flu vaccine. Titi was very helpful, informative, polite, and most important she got me in and out in a timely manner. Store manager, Jaime was helpful and professional.

the people are very nice, but it’s been well over a month and i still havent received a call that my pictures are ready from a disposable camera i dropped off long ago. usually i would just say oh well, but the pictures on that camera were from my college graduation and i was really excited to have them. next time i’ll just go somewhere else to develop pictures :/

This Walgreens Pharmacy should improve on their people skills, they don't answer the phone when the pharmacy opens and in person the pharmacists seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I am a new customer because my Medicare plan uses Walgreens, I am hoping they warm up to me in time. I've worked with the public and it is difficult for sure, but you must always be friendly to customers with the exception of those truly obnoxious people who don't deserve respect :)

Pharmacy review: The last time I was in, the pharmacist was visibly sick, with a hacking cough and she could barely speak. But she was handling everyone’s medications!My doctor also called in a prescription and upon arriving they said it they had received it and that they were currently filling it and it would be ready in 30 minutes….until 30 minutes turned into “we won’t have it for another 4 days!” And it was a super basic antibiotic, not something rare at all. I ended up going to CVS and had a much better experience there.RUN AWAY from Walgreens pharmacy.The rest of the store is great! Super friendly people working up front.

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy! Called three separate times to fill a prescription and either placed on hold, transferred and then a hold, just to get told to hold again and finally a phone that rings out. This is a joke of a business! Take your prescriptions elsewhere, they may actually get filled

The Pharmacist has attitude I’ve been going to this pharmacy for long times they used to have nice staff but now it’s only Joe is nice in that place this Chinese she have a very bad attitude that’s why I transferred all my medication to Savon. and I’m happy with them staff are very professional.

I had a prescription sent here because it was on the VAs list of connected pharmacies when I got to this location I was told that they have zero affiliation with the VA and they handed me a pamphlet for a list of apps that would help me get discounted medications, I left and called the VA to tell them this Walgreens was giving me a hard time so they provided me with different information to give them, I called this Walgreens back and what seemed to me to be an older woman answered the phone, she continuously cut me off as I was trying to give information to her and kept telling me that they don't work with the VA immediately following my conversation with the VA when they told me this location is a VA connected pharmacy.... I would have been a lot less mad about the entire situation if the woman I spoke with over the phone had any amount of patience, she is extremely rude and you guys should reconsider her employment status!!

The ladies in the pharmacy are extremely rude, very slow. Their phone manners are absolutely disgusting.!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.. it's only the second time I have attempted to get a prescription filled in the Fallbrook Walgreens.. I will be heading to the doctors office to take them off my list I will never go back in there., you can't get a prescription filled in any timely matter whatsoever so if you do need a prescription hopefully you don't need it soon because it will not happen. They'll tell you that it'll be done that day.. don't believe them.. you will be lucky if you can get it the next day and if you call and ask wow the rudeness on the phone was very shocking.. personally, the store should be shut down. I've been in there on and off for 10 years and I have never ever had a good experience in that store other Walgreens. Yes, the one in Fallbrook should be shut down.
