“The Storage as a whole is clean and landscaped. There tends to be a lot of dust and spider webs do gett into the storage units by the door if you don't personal maintain your unit. They use rollup doors so keep a broom handy in the unit to sweep that will help. This is a somewhat rural area so lots of dust around. There is a mandatory storage unit insurance in addition to the rent unless you get it privately covered last I understood it. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and do all they can to be of service to the best of their ability. We have been here for several years that started from an emergency fire evacuation.”

“I purchased a piano in Three Rivers and needed it moved to Visalia. Mr. Huber is very professional and his rates were outstanding. The location in Three Rivers was over a mile off the main road, but Greg was on time. I was impressed with the knowledge and skill he had to dissasemble a Baby Grand Piano, securely package it up and deliver promptly to my house. He then set it up and it looks beautiful.”

“I've been with mid valley storage at the Santa fe location for over a year now. They've been fantastic to me. The storage I have is perfect size and best price in town for my budget. Being that my storage is inside a building that I'm able to drive into I don't worry about my things being covered in dust and spider webs. Lighting and doors are automated by sensors and so I never worry about being able to see in the dark. My property is secured with gate code access upon entry and exit unlike any other and they have top of the line security cameras. I am always greeted with a smile and very friendly staff. I appreciate the 10 day grace period as with these last couple months business was slow for me but they are awesome and I got my rent paid without a huge late fee. I am blessed to n have found this place when I did and its so convenient only a few blocks from my house. Really can't say enough I just love this place.”

“Never have had any problems here. New management has cleaned up the facility. Junk not allowed to sit in stalls. Easy to work with. A plus is the dump station, just have to pull up to it at the right angle. Has a sink close by to wash your hands after dumping. If I could, I would store my boat here too.”
