I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like I gotta. I tried to get a prescription here for like 2 months and had to give up. They wanted to charge me $3000 for it, even though there’s a coupon for $18 for it, but they apparently can’t apply it to certain medications. And even once I got through more hoops they needed more documentation from my doctor. At first I thought everything was my doctor’s fault, but after some research I realized this crazy price is the “we don’t want to help you price”. I also figured it out after another pharmacy gave me no trouble and was able to charge my insurance correctly with no hassle and no charge for me. So, while I understand they are probably inundated with new clients because of Rite Aid closing, and of course they have to be careful what they prescribe….this wasn’t an extremely high risk for abuse drug. The experience of not being able to get my sleeping medication was really stressful and made me miss a lot of doses of something I need in order to function during the day. I think they could really hurt somebody by doing this to them. It made me not want to do business with CVS again for pharmacy or retail…it’s just no way to treat people’s health needs.

I’ve always had a good experience at this CVS over the last 20 or so yrs. Clean, bright very friendly and they don’t move products around so I can go straight to what I’m looking for. Sadly customer base is declining over the years.

Mary was my cashier, she was fast and very friendly. I will be back to see her smiling face!! CVS keep this lady around she will be GREAT for business!!!

Next survey. I hope CVS don't ask me about the COVID butt shot on the survey page. But the store was a slam dunk contest winner. I give them a dunk score of 50.

Picked up photos today. Not mine, mind you. Someone who does not share my name. Felt like complete invasion of someone's privacy. Also, the medications required for my survival are never in stock. Grew tired of arguing and switched to another pharmacy altogether.

The most shop lifting. Haha your town is flooded. And rio vista farms in rio vista California sell bug loaded prerolls and bug loaded cookies to unsuspecting towns folk. Totally erelaven here but you know the more you know.

Absolutely disappointed. I live about 400 miles away, and I called on the evening of 10/5/22 for a prescription refill. I spoke with a lady. The employee sounded competent, and even said that they didn't have the medicine on the shelf, and would order it, with it arriving on 10/7. I asked them to contact my doctor to authorize the refill. I arrived on 10/7, and I was told by an employee that no one contacted my doctor. They cannot refill my prescription, and they told me to call my own doctor. As it was 4:45 pm, my doc had left the office. Down in Fullerton, my CVS has great customer service. I hope that the staff up here receives adequate training.This went from one star to three star because of Ali. He helped me, after I helped myself. I successfully got my dr office to call in the prescription after they closed. Ali called me and told me that the prescription is in, but this location has none on the shelf. So, he told me the closest pharmacy that does have it in stock.

The woman answering the phone in the pharmacy was so incredibly rude. My prescription was supposed to be filled and when I called to ask why it was taking over two days I got talked down to. She didn't offer me any help at all and basically said it wasn't her problem. I'm assuming these people are overworked and understaffed but I wasn't being rude. I got hung up on. Definitely won't be sending anything to this pharmacy again. It's not hard to be decent would not recommend going here for anything you actually need.

I didn't get her name, but the woman with blonde hair working at the front was so kind and helpful! I came in to get my passport photo taken and she was the only one there but was extremely efficient and helpful to everyone there! I had to wait a couple of minutes while she helped the people at the front, but she was quick to get back to helping me and was so apologetic about the wait.
