This post office has a driver who does not deliver your packages. I have ordered many times to my address and the driver will not deliver it because they claim the mailboxes are being blocked. This is never true, and they actually refuse to deliver to my address if there's is any inconvenience in the road. There is usually traffic on the road I live on and they do not want to bother delivering when there is the traffic and construction on my street, even if there is nothing blocking my driveway and mailboxes.

My wifey not only approved, but was very fond of the service at this post office. I was informed how polite and helpful they were towards my precious wifey. I appreciate the support offered here and my wifey’s happiness is worth the world so 5 stars.

I’ve always had good experiences here- the folks behind the counter are all helpful and super polite. It’s a pretty busy location because of the nature of the area, but the staff is always respectful of everybody’s time .

Felton delivery mailman Elliott is probably the rudest and most entitled mailman I have ever encounter. This man had the audacity to show up to my house and start creating a scene by clapping in praise of my new mailbox that he then PINK SLIPPED ME!! He has held my mail since before July 02, 2024 which it is now July 25th which they are required to return after 10 days but he somehow keeps my mail (is this a federal crime?) and refused to use my previous mailbox and kept my tenants mail which included checks…no note was left stating our mail was getting “returned”/held onto until Elliott took it upon himself to interrogate my tenants, letting them know that he had returned multiple packages, but has left no note, or trace of them to have any clue that they’ve had mail returned, just by his word of mouth at that moment…ridiculous.
I’ve had multiple neighbors go over to check the work of my new mailbox and they state that my mailbox is the most accessible mailbox on our street. It looks clean and neat and is at the specifications of the height yet Elliot still harasses me. At this point, I hope his supervisors do some thing about it because he is way too entitled. If Elliot continues with this behavior, I will ask my neighbors to call in to complain to you guys as well as this should not be acceptable, and some of them would be happy to share their thoughts about how rude Elliott can be… I am extremely displeased with my post service.

This is the best little post office! The staff is amazing and always friendly. I run a small business so I'm constantly shipping out and receiving packages. They are always so nice and go above and beyond when I need help with something. They make everything easy and I can't thank them enough for it.

Awful experience. Posted hours says open at 9:00 AM, waited 20 minutes past and still lobby was not opened. I also work for a local business which is supposed to receive daily USPS pickups from the Felton office and they skip days on a regular basis. Least organized post office I've ever dealt with.

Mailman often leaves random and ridiculous reasons for not delivering packages. They just won't make an effort. Story is getting old, same issues Every. Single. Time!! I filed several complaints in the past hoping this would help to get a better service, let's say that it was a fail each time. The only time I could go pick up a package at the post office is on Saturdays. Unfortunately the office is only opened from 11:30-2pm, meaning a long line of customers and an excruciating wait time.

I always get my packages and find staff funny and friendly. So many reviews about mail carriers...im reviewing the post office itself where my PO box is and where I send packages. The staff do the best they can. There have been many funding cuts to public services of all kinds including the Post Office. Having worked at a similar agency myself, I give props to folks who do more than their share on an anemic budget!

Terrible customer service. The fact that my forwarded mail has been missing for the past 7 months was amusing to the clerk, but "there was nothing they can do" and I should "try online". Ugh.
