He was able to make things right and gave me a different brand with a better reputation and a bonus for my trouble.I’m still going to leave a star off because the employee I spoke with on the phone was rude. When I told him that my only options if he was refusing a refund or replacement would be to submit a chargeback and a customer complaint, he went as far as saying I would be banned from the store.I would recommend Cigar Palace. Just know that the employees have limited power to offer refunds or replacements. If you have a problem, ask to speak with Saba. He will take care of you.I would not, however, recommend buying vapes from EB Design. I’m not sure whether the product I purchased was counterfeit or was just lacking nicotine, but even given the best case scenario that it was indeed a genuine product, the fact that there was little or no nicotine in a nicotine vape speaks to extremely poor quality control.Thank you Saba for your excellent customer service!Original Review:They sell counterfeit vapes and don’t seem to care to make it right. I bought two BC5000 vapes from Cigar Palace about a month apart. The first one performed exactly as expected. However, I noticed right away that the second one seemed to have little or no nicotine. I am a casual user, so I can always feel the effects of a vape within 2-5 puffs. After 20 puffs, I felt nothing. Suspecting a fake, I did some research and it appears I was sold a counterfeit vape. As you can see in the pictures I provided, the fake has poor quality printing, is a different color and is slightly taller than the genuine vape. I called and gave them an opportunity to make it right and the best I got was that they could sell me a different brand. A refund or exchange was out of the question. So, I would not recommend buying anything from here.”

“I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with this shop. From it's wonderful customer service to its products. I am an artist and buy my paints from paint pens to spray paint. They carry colors I can only find here unless I go online and wait....wait......wait. They also carry clothing, personal smoke items as well as other quality items that are usually priced below (sometimes far below) the competition.
I can firmly stand behind my review of this locally owned small business because I have been shopping here for at least 5 years.

“I visited the new shop location on Pacific Avenue. Kane the owner was there, he was friendly and knowledgeable about his products. He recommended a new vape mod for me and showed me my options for coils. If your headed to the beach stop by Santa Cruz Vapors and take a look at his selection.”

“The younger gentleman that works there is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about anything vape related and has wonderful customer service attitude. I can't say the same for owner who was impatient, borderline rude and offended basically no help at all when asked any questions. The 5 star rating I'm giving pertains only to the helpfulness of the younger employee there. Would have givin a 1 star if I was unlucky enough to go there on his day off and had to deal with his Boss. That man is lucky to have an employee like that and should give him a raise in my opinion.”
