Friendly associates who remember your name and order . Even after only a few visits. They also remember if you miss a few days or more. Impressive! Bacon Egg bites my favorite. Sugar free vanilla latte my go to drink. To bad it's the only sugar free available anymore.

Witnessed an order of 8 drinks and one food item sit for 10 minutes and the one drink I ordered was forgotten and put off till I complained about it. They were not very happy with me.

This place is absolutely the worst Starbucks in California. Do not come here. On January 14, 2024. I ordered online when I get to the store they’re not allowing anybody in the lobby, you have to go through the drive-through to get your pre-orders. so I had to sit in the drive-through line for an 1/2 hour to get the drink that I ordered a half hour prior to that. This place is absolutely awful and no one in the store has a brain to think maybe we just don’t take orders inside the store.How about we let pre-orders come in and pick up their drinks though , so they don’t have to wait in the damn drive-through line for an 1/2 hour to get something that they ordered an hour ago. Total time to get a drink was an hour from order to pickup. Absolutely STUPiD.On 7/5/23 went to Starbucks in Fillmore. The drive through line had 13 cars in line before the ordering speaker. I went inside and ordered. I looked outside to see how many people were in line after I placed my order. There were now 9 cars before the speaker. There were only 2 people in the indoor seating area. Only one waiting for his drink.They served all 13 cars prior to my order being started. For 3 easy drinks it took 37 minutes before they were completed.Many servers looked new but the business and or shift lead needs to better plan. This was Unacceptable service. I won’t be back for a long while. This is very Sad… it use to be a really good business.Parking: 13 vehicles in drive thru prevents people from getting in or out of about 15 parking space. If you parked, you’re locked in until someone lets you out or the line is served.

UPDATE: for me, the best thing about this store was the nook with the comfortable armchairs (to the right of the entrance) where I spent much time sipping many venti lattes. Imagine my surprise when I came in one day and that whole area was gone. I looked around the new store layout and no place looked comfy or inviting to sit. I won't be returning. PREVIOUS REVIEW: In store drink preparation can be a bit slow but I love it that it's never too crowded inside!

We love this place. Great atmosphere, great service, and plenty of chairs to rest in until the orders ready. Very clean bathroom too! Five stars.

This store gets super busy. Order through the mobile app about 15 mins ahead of time and it’ll be ready for you. The workers here are super nice. Shift lead is on top of it. Every time I come here they always have 1 or 2 difficult Karen customers. It’s not their fault. Overall I like this spot!
