My car was having transmission issues. We turned up without calling ahead, and the gentlemen there took care of our car right away. They determined that they could not do the repair there unless we had several days to leave it with them. Unfortunately we had other plans in other places, so we agreed to go to Fresno to take it into a dealership to be looked at and serviced, and rent a car from Fresno to continue our trip. The young men in the shop were direct, friendly, and honest. They charged a fair price and gave us a printout for the diagnostic, and advice on how to get to Fresno safely. If you find yourself in Mendota needing car help, these guys will take care of you and get you on the road safely.

My family was stranded after a coolant leak on a road trip. We made our way to Alex's after another auto shop in town sent us. We were so fortunate to get their help! They were all considerate and worked together to diagnose and repair the problem. After just three hours we were back on the road! They genuinely saved our trip!

Awesome auto repair shop. Had trouble with our alternator on our way from NorCal to SoCal. When we called, they ordered the part while we waited to get towed. As soon as we got the car there, they fixed the problem in a timely manner. Alex, his son, and associate was extremely helpful and honest. They were kind enough to recommend a place while we waited. Wish we could find an auto shop as trust worthy like theirs near our home.

My truck broke down on I5. Me and my 2 daughters. It was able to procure a tow to this shop. They were extremely helpful and polite and got me back on the road. They also turned on cartoons for my kids who were extremely bored at this point. The price was reasonable especially given my situation being far from home and anyone I know.
