Tried to get me to pay half of the fees for them to keep my car. It’s no longer my car, which means it is no longer my problem. Y’all can figure that out. Not paying for a car that I don’t have anymore. ??♂️

Hidden fees!!! Rip off!!, My semi truck stuck in the mud on the side of the freeway, I called dispatch agrees flat rate $2,250 for pull the truck and full loaded trailer out from the mud. We agree and once the tow truck arrived, they said they need another tow truck so they need to add additional charge another $1,150 for additional truck. I decline the services for additional truck because I paid $2,250 for flat rate all in, why they charge me another $1,150. Per dispatch, name Jessica if I denied additional truck, they will do full refunds.I called many time Jessica doesn't pick up the phone and finally the owner name Holly called back and denied the refund. They didn't touch my truck, just send the truck for look at it and want to keep all my payment and denied the refunds. This towing truck company is totally a FRAUD and SCAM and Rip off whoever in needs. DON"T USE their services if you don't want to be ripped off and add more additional charges and hidden fees.

I was driving through Coalinga when the DEF coolant sensor went out in my Semi so my company called Eppler to come out and fix it, it was around 6pm when a guy by the name of Genaro showed up with the part he quickly got to it and fixed it without a problem! I was chatting with him while he was getting it done and he is absolutely a master at his craft, Definitely a person I would want working for me if I owned a company. These guys got me out of a jam on a Sunday morning. Tried two other local companies, one didn't want to come out at all the other was going to take six or seven hours. Eppler showed up in less than two hours and pulled me out of some deep gravel. It wasn't cheap but you can't expect discount service on a Sunday, especially when they have to send out the heavy equipment. Thx Eppler!

We had a stranded rv at our park (retired war veteran) after more than a week this company showed up.. the first tow truck driver was amazing. It went down from there the driver said the stranded rv needed bus bars to tow due to independent front suspension. He informed them he would wait until the new tow truck showed up before he left. The stranded rv family got a call from this company dispatch and was informed yes we will send a truck but... you will need to send us another $375.. after already changing $1875.. the veteran questioned the dispatch and promptly got told he would get a call from the manager. He did and the manager quickly told him he was unreasonable and therefore they would not tow him. After they had waited all day. This all happened at 4pm too late to do anything else. After about 2 hours the dispatch called and informed them they had refunded thier $1875... and gave them the names of 2 other tow companies... the stranded veteran had already called them and they could not tow them.. Don't call this business they will leave you stranded!!Service: Local hauling
