“I was traveling from San Francisco to LA a couple weeks ago and my car hit a retread on the 5 fwy in the middle of nowhere, took out my radiator, and I found myself stranded about 30 min away from the nearest town. I called Firebaugh Towing and was picked up right away by Eric. The goal was to patch the car up so I could make it home, but unfortunately the car needed parts that would have to be special ordered. Not only did they provide me with a fair quote for the work, Eric personally drove me all the way to Fresno so that I could rent a car and make it home. He saved my a** that day lol. Eric and his crew are polite, professional, and honest, and I highly recommend them for your auto or towing needs!!!”

“My husband was on a long motorcycle ride with some friends. Unfortunately, he was in an accident and totaled his bike. Fortunately, he walked away from it. Banged up but no broken bones. We called Eppler the next day to get the bike towed away. We are not from around the Firebaugh area and expected this part to be difficult to handle. Much to our surprise and delight, the young man, Nicholas, who showed up was so kind and helpful. When we got back to the crash site he had already loaded this 1,000 pound inoperable bike onto the back of the flatbed. Had found the insurance card on the bike and already filled out the paperwork. We didn’t have to do a thing. He told us they will deal with the insurance company and that was it. He was so helpful, and professional, what a pleasure to have him take care of us.
