The restroom opens 24/7 and is very clean, restroom next to McDonald’s is not really 24/7 when I came there midnight.

The store has no prices listed on the products. You know why? Because they are charging double for everything and its easier to get the sale if your already at the register. Over 4$ each Gatorade, $4.39 for a Celsius. Take my advice, go to one of the other 4-5 gas stations next door if you plan on buying anything outside gas.

Absolutely horrible. I put my card in pump 7 to self serve gas, and immediately after asking for my zip code it locked my card in the machine. I pressed the help button dozens of times, and called for help, but no one came out to assist me. it seemed to be skimming the card. I went to the attached Valero 's convience store, and three Hispanic women were at the register, comfortably gossiping and giggling. When I pointed out that I had been buzzing and calling for help for 15 minutes, they said they couldn't leave the store. At this time, my card was still locked on the pump. I asked them to call someone that could help, and one of the girls said it wasn't her problem. Finally, one of the girls grudgingly went out and was able to dislodge the card.
Let me point out that I have pumped gas almost all my adult life, but I never in my life have I felt so vulnerable, ignored and disrespected. Being careless, flippant snd ignoring travellers that rely on a necessary service on a hot, busy and joyless stretch between Sacramento and LA is not only bad for business, it is the opposite of kind of customer service that turns a consumer into a client and really lacks basic human decency. Please do better, Valero
