AAA tends to provide great customer service, and typically this office is no exception. Every now and then, a team member is not on their A-game. This was my experience today with the young woman acting as the front desk receptionist this afternoon. Luckily, the next team member to help was terrific as usual!

Wanted to add family member to the title of one of our cars. First called DMV and they told me I formation that was incorrect. Then figured we'd call AAA and ask if they could clarify what the DMV told us. They not only told us the correct procedure and forms we needed to fill out were, they had us come in and they did it all for us on their system and they sent it through directly to DMV. Very easy appt-super professional, nice, knowledgeable. Definitely will use my local branch going forward for all DMV issues.

The worst workers ever!Got into my first car accident. And got the worst adjuster Ashley ever! She never replies back, never gives me a phone call back, never sends me any emails. When I asked them to change my adjuster they said that they can’t do it because of company policy. 5 months later I still have an open claim with them. I wish you would never have claims with them.

Never had a problem with services or personnel--all professional and competitive. My personal opinion concerns the amount $$$ spent on excessive advertising while insurance rates continue to rise, especially homeowners. Less advertising, lower rates.
