if I could give zero I would. First off i know that ace is independently owned and operated. But THIS PLACE WASTED MY TIME, MY GAS MONEY AND WERE SMUG ABOUT IT TOO. I called in because the day before I bought a battery charger. I didn't need it so I wanted to return it. after going to one Ace Hardware and then telling me that they don't stock the item so I needed to call and find out who did. I did just that I got a hold of this Ace Hardware. They said they carried it and had one in stock I told them perfect. I'm gonna come by and return one that I bought in Wheatland. They said OK and hung up the phone I drive 45 minutes out of my way to come to this specific store because they tell me that they're gonna accept my return and I get there and behold they don't accept anything over $200. I speak to the manager who I was hoping would make an exception but she was smug and told me I had used it when I did not but I did take it out of the box in 107 degree weather but never used it. she was just rude and unapologetic for the fact that she has done such a poor job training her staff that they are wasting peoples time and money. I don't recommend this location. The Managment and undertrained staff is not worth my time and money and they make sure to make you feel that way. Zero stars. Negative five

I had a difficult, messy connection, went back and forth 3 times on the same day to this little gem of a hardware store to find the correct fittings. Bob took A LOT of time to help me find what I needed, and asked for help when stuck from coworker Kira ( Genius, needs to be an engineer), and found what could be used and used safely.
Level of no quit, professional attitude unmeasurable. THANK YOU!!
