Ashley did a great job with my difficult very straight eye lashes. I really just needed them to curl enough to be out of my eyes, but they did even better than I had hoped. Ashley was very nice and pleasant to talk with during my lash lift n tint. Would definitely recommend her

I am very disappointed with my eye lash lift and tent. Although the tent came out fine, my eye lashes did not lift, basically, at all. Not compared to the previous place I would get them done at. They are still extremely straight. I was also charged more than I was quoted on the phone. Over $100 for a lift and tent! That is ridiculous. I am very disappointed especially after the reviews I saw beforehand

I just moved here from out of state a few months ago and needed to find a new place to get my lashes done. This is the first place I’ve tried and I’m honestly shocked that they are a chain - I’ve paid more for my lashes in the past, and this business does a great job. This place is a joke full of incompetent little girls who don’t know what they’re doing. Every time I went I got different results, sometimes they were great, sometimes absolutely horrible. I literally had one girl glue my bottom lashes to my top and then rip them out. I’ve tried canceling 3 times now and each time I’m told they’ll take care of it, and then the next month they recharge me. Last month I literally shut my debit card off so they couldn’t charge me, when the payment declined I told them it was because they were supposed to cancel the subscription and not be charging me. They said they would take care of it. Imagine my surprise when I turn my debit card back on this month and they charged me! Now I have to go through the dispute process with my bank just because these little girls don’t know what they’re doing.Service: Eyelash extensions

I always book services here around once a month, or two months. The girls here are so sweet, and always welcome you! My first time I had Jessica, and she did an amazing job. She took her time, explained the after care very well and answered all the questions I had. Not to mention, my first time I didn't know if getting a full set was slightly painful or not. (Somewhere in the back of my mind I thought it would be, as I knew nothing about lash extensions.) There was no pain at all. In fact with the nice and calming atmosphere, I was dozing off! I've been to multiple different stylists, and all are very caring and do their best. The lobby is super cute, and the rooms are nicely private and comfortable. They even offer you a blanket if you're cold! The place all around is very clean too. I definitely recommend going here if you're thinking about it! ❤️

If you’re searching for the absolute best lash technician in Folsom look no further! I’ve been seeing Ashley at Amazing Lash in the Palladio for several months and have been extremely happy with my lash extensions every time!! Ashley is incredibly skilled, super sweet and she’s fast! Jessica is INCREDIBLE! Me and my friend go to her for our eyelash extensions. She's timely, SUPER polite, SOOO professional and she ALWAYS makes sure her customers get exactly what they want! I see her once every 3 weeks and walk out of the studio feeling 'Glamorous' EVERY time! I would rate 1 star less because the other employees are very loud and it sometimes interferes with the relaxing/pampering experience Jessica provides. Jessica is great! Smells of a scam… I got the membership but there are so many up-charges that you don’t actually come out on top. I had credits piling up, but THEY cancelled my appointment THREE separate times—then REFUSED to refund my money.

I had lashes put on. Charlotte was amazing. But apparently they didn’t do a glue test like everyone says they should’ve. I had a reaction and had to have my lashes removed. Of course, I had already joined the membership for $69.99 a month. Had to cancel the membership because of the allergy. Two months and going, still haven’t received my $69.99 refund.
