Lexi was fantastic! We told her what we wanted, she clearly stated our options, and after making our decisions, she got us taken care of and out the door in record time. All while seamlessly serving another customer at the same time. We chose to drive the 45 mins to this location after a terrible experience at our local AT&T store and it was well worth it. Thank you Lexi!

Careful what they tell you. They will misinform you and set unrealistic expectations. Sir you will get this phone in 4 days we get priority shipping. So far it's been 2 weeks and nothing arrived. When I called and spoke to the rep Lexi. She tells me over the phone well that's what all my customers have been saying they are getting it in 4 days. Nothing I can do. Great! Thanks a lot......

I had a great experience with Emily. She answered all questions throughly and professionally. She was very personable and friendly. When she had to make a phone call to someone from at&t for help, the person on the phone was not helpful to her at all and was very rude to her. He couldn't answer any of her questions and wasn't trying to see what he could do to try to answer them. Even though he was no help at all she was still able to figure it out herself. She was able to help my boyfriend and I get new phones and made sure to tell us about all the plans and deals they had. She took her time with us and when I didn't understand something she would take her time to explain to me until I understood. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She put the screen protector on my phone and said if the bubble on it didn't go away within 24 hours to come back and she would fix it. She did just that, no hesitation with a smile on her face! She went above and beyond but if I told you everything else she did to help us we'd be here all day. If you ever see this Emily, thank you for being so kind and I truly appreciate your time and help. - Alexia

I'd imagine not a real Att store as customer experience was terrible I'm used to walking in and a person brings up info on tablet and we look through options, but here I walk in and all the customer reps are in the back one comes out and no sit down, no customer info request all a bit janxy. So I went over to Palladio store and they took care of me the right way!

I had Comcast that had no internet problem daily. Switched to ATT DSL and it worse. Having no internet daily and also slower.

Worst experience ever & the representative in the store LIED!! I was on a post paid plan, and I was paying $40 per month, and I went into the store to get two more new phone numbers for my family numbers. The rep in the store told me that I can switch to the family plan, and it's also $40 per line. So I said sure. She didn't show me any paperwork, and didn't explain anything else to me. When I got the bill, it was actually $60 per line instead of $40, and she also signed me up for some insurances which she never told me about it. So she LIED about the price and signed me up for insurance WITHOUT my permission. She should be FIRED! Also I went to the store at 10:30 in the morning, there was only one person working, and she was helping another person. I was sitting there for 30mins without any greating.

In order to purchase a phone you have to be an authorized user. To me that is stupid and not a good way to make business happen. I don't know why I couldn't just pay cash for another phone. It is kind of shady for a business to not accept cash or card to pay in full for a product whether or not the user is an "authorized user or not". I went in there to get a new phone came out disappointed because of this. The employee was alright but worst policies from a middle man sales corporation I have seen since recent.
